| The Garden State Horror Writers (GSHW) is a multi-genre writers group for authors from all walks of life. Founded by novelist Pat Graversen 13 years ago, the organization's monthly meetings include presentations from the industry's top writers, editors, agents and others in related fields. The group offers a monthly newsletter, critique programs, an annual short-story contest, and other services to help writers achieve their goals. Meetings are held at the Monmouth County Library Headquarters in Manalapan, NJ. Karen Ann Carpenter writes a monthly column entitled STAYING CONNECTED for THE GRAVELINE -- the official newsletter of the Garden State Horror Writers. |
