People think Andrews is boring, but it really isn't! We have so many places to explore, right in our backyard. One weekend, a few friends decided to get together after church and take a walk through some woods.

Dairy Yup, Andrews even has it's own dairy farm! newborn calves are born almost every week. So cute. Smelly, but cute.

Mackinac Island, Michigan
Fall break weekend, in October, we decided to head to the upper parts of Michigan...to this island called Mackinac on Lake Michigan. The scenery was beautiful, and so was the fudge! It was a blast.

Scenic shot The weather was crazy- it actually snowed on the island! But then the storm clouds broke away and the brilliant sun shone through...in some ways, nature really reflects God's character, don't you think?
Ferry Boat ride-Me, Sandra, Joe, Albert, and...? (hey, can the Umich people help me out? oops...) Anyway, this ride was the bumpiest, scariest boat ride I've ever taken. I could suddenly empathize with the disciples in the Bible. yeah....I LOOK happy, but I was really in danger of losing my life.
