GUILD POLICIES OF
DESTINY'S PHOENIX
Goals of the Guild
To promote an enjoyable and friendly atmosphere for all members.  To strive for the highest potential for each individual's character(s).  To focus on builing not only each individual, but also on unity and guild pride through organized, effective leadership and support network.
Code of Conduct
1. The use of swearing or offensive language should be only in front of fellow guildmates that you KNOW are comfortable with it.  If you have any doubt, please refrain from improper language, especially in front of non-guild members.

2. There is to be NO excessive trash talking about members, non-guild members, or other guilds with the intent to harm one's image or one's guild image.

3. Also, proper EQ manners should be followed.  That includes no intentional training, kill stealing, ninja looting, and so on.

4.  Honor all commitments you sign up for, unless dire circumstances arise.

5. Please never loot during a fight.  Always wait until everything is safe and nothing else needs to be killed at that time.

6. When at all possible, assist others.  This helps to promote a good guild image!

7. In a guild-member group items should be offered to group members first that need it, before being offered to others.

8.  Respect other's play-time!  Always be polite to guild members when asking for rezzes, ports, etc. and NEVER harrass a member because they are unable to help you and so on.
Three Strikes-- You're Out!
Each time the code of conduct is broken and noticed, you will receive an infraction which results in a strike.  Three strikes in one month and you are removed from the guild.  If you get one strike and then go a month without any infractions, that strike rolls over and you have a clean slate again, unless other incidents occur.  One month per strike.  If you have two strikes it will take two months before they are gone.  After one month you are down to one strike, then after the second month you have a clean slate again.  Rollovers will be voted on by the officers to make sure that the behavior has been corrected and the rollover has been earned.
***Excessive bad behavior will be noticed by the officers and a guild removal may occur, regardless of strike policy.***
Process for New Policies
1. Topics will be discussed among the officers.
2.  Officers will provide a unified proposal, via message board.
3. Afer member feedback is received by a set deadline, officers will meet again to discuss whether changes need to be made or not.
4. A finalized version of the proposal will be posted on this site.
5. All policies and rules are subject to change based on the guild's needs.
