| Guild Leader : Desirrae Chievous Primary duties-- To gage the efficiency of the guild. To manage and run guild meetings. To set up and manage alliances. To track the probationary status of new members. To problem solve with officers and members on ways to improve the guild and meet members needs. To oversee the recruitment and evaluation of new members. To coordinate with the other officers on raids and guild events. Maintaince of the message boards and web site. Assist with other duties as the need arises. |
