2. They will be granted membership and put on a 30 day probation. During this time, they must participate in one guild event.
3. The member will be checked on and evaluated over the 30 days.
4. At the end of the 30 days, if all requirements are met (including the ONE guild event), there will be a post on the message boards letting members know that _____ is up for review for full membership and that any questions, comments, and/or concerns regarding the new member should be told to an officer in game.
5. Depending on the feedback, the probationary member will become a full member, granting them the ability to vote on guild issues and the password to the complaints board. (Any complaints by a probationary member will be handled in game by Marrin or an officer in his abscence. We still want to hear from them!.)
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SPONSOR
1. If you're not an officer, you must be sure that the player does get invited by an officer.
2. You must inform the player of the website so that they can become familiar with our code of conduct, membership policy, and discipline policy. This is a must!
