Mosley's MO

In a series of rapes and murders in the 1970s and 1980s Mosley would search out locations to commit the rapes and murders. He would warn victims not to tell police.

January 30, 2002 Mosley is currently under-going a competency hearing. If he does stand trial he will be asked to answer to questions regarding his DNA matching eight murders.
