OCD Links...
These have mmm strawberry all been looked at by me, unless I couldn't be arsed too, and, they're pretty good.
Teen OCD.
This is one of the most helpful sites I have found on the web. It has an e - mailing group made up of OCD teens who all support each other. I give this a five star rating!
The Obsessive Compulsive Foundation.
I don't personally find this very useful, but, it is one of the official sites, so it does have a lot about information about OCD.
OCD Resource Centre.
This is a modern, and, uptodate website about OCD. It's the basic sort of thing. Information, and, everything, but, it does have something for younger people, even though I think it's aimed at kids.
I searched for OCD sites on an English engiene, but, it's not very good. In fact, if you do manage to find any English OCD sites, it's very likely that they're not going to be very good, or, 'OCD user friendly. - This is why I'm creating my web site. To tell my story, (maybe cos' I'm scared of discrimination) and, to help people with OCD in England, and, all over the world.
The English sites that I found that were even a bit useful are below.
www.geocities.com/kaprianofoxocd
Challenging OCD.
This has a British helpline phone number, and, is actually quite useful. It is worth a visit, and, it is helpful when it tells you what to do about treatment.
