KAPPA PSI KAPPA FRATERNITY, INC.

"Leading young men and women in the right direction through culture and service."

Brother D. Sean Benjamin of Kappa Psi Kappa Fraternity thought that it would be a great ideas to have young men and women that are not 18 years of age to be apart of The Kappa Family. With this vision in mind, D. Sean Benjamin with assistance from Rollen Scarboro created an co-ed, auxiliary organization for men and women that are not of age.

Kappa Sapphires was formed on April 8, 2002 by Rollen Scarboro and D. Sean Benjamin to help train and guide young black men and women on how to become positive black men and women in their communities and society. The organization was also created to help guide these black youth throughout their high school career so that they will grow up being positive, healthy, black, men and women and not be guided into the wrong direction in the community.

Today, Kappa Psi Kappa Fraternity, Inc., Alpha Psi Kappa Fraternity, Inc., and Phi Nu Kappa Sorority, Inc., and Kappa Sapphire members actively recruit new members from all areas of the United States. The organization participates in community service acitivities and projects along with their Big Brothers/Bruhs/Sisters of Tau Kappa Phi, Inc. They also spearhead their own service project of Adopt-A-Highway.
