KAPPA PSI OMEGA
Sincerity Our Truth, Individuality Our Goal
Kappa Psi Omega was founded on January 23, 1968. We are very proud to be the largest women's society on Heidelberg College's campus. Our motto, "Sincerity Our Truth, Individuality Our Goal," is the foundation on which sisterhood is built. Our colors of burgundy and white represent the qualities of courage and purity. We also proudly bear our symbols of the ladybug, strawberry and trilogy. Our flower is the daisy. The Kappas are represented in virtually every aspect of campus life, including academic honoraries, campus organizations, musical ensembles, theatre and athletics. As a group we unite our talents to provide service to the campus and community. Some of our service activities include donating to women's shelters, participating in a Walk for Diabetes, making Thanksgiving baskets for the less fortunate, donating to the Make a Wish Foundation, and volunteering at the local Humane Society. Our annual activities include Greek Sing, Greek Week, Fall and Spring Retreat, Homecoming, Date Parties, and a Christmas and Spring Formal.
