Joined the Army Reserves to learn more skills and to do something for myself.  Spent one night a week and around 1 weekend a month, along with extra wekends and 2 week courses.  Loved my time in there and although I used many weapons , I can't actually hit any targets.  If there is a war and a dispute about the front line, please leave me sitting behind a desk enlisting new soldiers as the country would much safer...   :-)

Another thing I received from the Australian Army Reserves in my Subject 1 for Corpral was a husband.  We met on this course and soon became great friends - we were married 2 years later .
