Article 11: BRMC Continues to make Real Music.

My Opinions

Woe to those damn candy-ass pop songs that continue to plague the airways, they have finally met their match. BRMC (see article 3 of my opinions) has released their second full length album, Take Them On, On Your Own, and it does not disappoint. The bands singles have moved more into the spectrum of mainstream music without losing the emotion and heart that makes their music so good. Hopefully this will result in more radio time because music this good needs to be heard. BRMC has produced another album in which every song is not only tolerable but good, and many are great. You can listen to the whole album and never come down from your musical high wondering why did they put that on the album? I still need to give the record a few more runs through the CD player to find the highs and lows of every song, but as it stands right now the tracks, Stop, Ha Ha High Babe and Six-Barrel Shotgun are all worthy of a few listens. Please check them out, they deserve more than faded obscurity because the market is flooded with crap.
