Lance had commited suicide. This cound�t be happening. Not Lance. He was smarter than that. He knew better damnit. �Jade......� she could hear Chris screaming her name on the other end of the phone, but she coulnd�t move her body. Her body just dropped to the floor. She crumpled up and her body heaved with every sob. �Jade!� the voice seemed to come louder, but as the voice was louder, she sobbed twice as loud. Somehow she grabbed the phone with her hand and put it up to her ear. �Your lieing to me Chris. PLEASE tell me that you are lieing to me. Lance knows better than to do this. PLEASE....just tell me your joking.� Tears rolled down her face with no sign of stopping. �Baby, I wish that I was.� she could tell her was serious when she heard him break down and start sobbing. �What am I going to do without him.� �I don�t know baby. I just don�t know. I don�t know what *I* am going to do without him. First my best friend is killed and then Lance. I�m cursed. Chris I have to go.� She clicked the phone off before even hearing him say good-bye or anything. She slowly stood up, her knees not having much strenght at the moment. She grabbed her keys off of the wall hanger, and stumbled out of her apartment, using the walls as support. She climbed into her car and gripped the steering wheel in a white knuckled grip. Tears flowed freely down her cheeks as she looked up at the sky. Minutes before it was sunny, with bright blue skies and now it was gray with thunder clapping in the backround. She pulled out of her drive-way and drove down towards the cemetary where Amber rested peacefully. She pulled into the cemetary and just stopped. She couldn�t do this. She wasn�t strong enough to go. She put the car in reverse and quickly stopped. �You can do it Jade. Just talk to Amber.� �Wh-What?� she studdered shaking her head.. �Lance.....your...your dead.� �No, I�m not dead. I�m living the life that was made for me. Amber and I we�re meant for each other. We can�t be seperated. Not even death can keep us apart.� Jade shook her head furiously, wiped at her eyes and blinked a few times and looked up to where Lance was standing. He was gone. It was just a figment of her imagination. Or was it? Whatever it was she didn�t know. She put the car in drive and drove down the lane, taking two rights to get to where Amber was at. She pulled up near the grass and slowly climbed out of her car. She walked the few feet up to Amber�s Grave. As usual it was covered with fresh flowers. JC had made sure to go and place fresh flowers on her grave daily. She rested a hand on the Gravestone and tears fell from her eyes once again. This time mixing with the rain that had started to fall. I don�t know where to start. I�m sure you and Lance are now happy. Together again and this time it will be forever, nothing can stop you two from having all of the happiness in the world. I love you Amber, and I miss you. I don�t know how I am going to get along without you here with me. Sometimes you we�re my only sanity. I know that someway, somehow you will always watch over me, Chris and your brother who is missing you dearly. There�s not a day that goes by that he doesn�t call me up crying. Your still my bestfriend Amber. And You always will be until the day that we can run together in the clouds.� She sobbed harder when she felt a pair of hands on her shoulder. �Jade.....�Jc said tears slightly falling down his cheeks. She turned around and hugged his, burying her face in his chest. �I can�t do this anymore Jace.� �Yes you can. Someway we can get through this. We have wonderful friends that can help us head hon. I think it�s time that we go home. We have to call some people about Lance.� he said wrapping his arm lightly around her shoulder. �We love you Amber.� Was all he said as he directed her over to his truck. �We will come back and get your car.� Together the two of them set out on the road back to JC�s house to make arrangements for Lance.
