I have a Sheltie named Shawn Aaron's Lassie. She's a tri-color. She is allergic to everything and has hip displaysia and advanced degenerative arthritis. She loves other animals. She turned 11 years old in March. She is very very smart..........and so much trouble. I also have a Labrador Retriever named Baylee (also 11). She was a rescue we got from the local animal shelter. She's really sweet and oh so cute. She's also terribly needy, but I love her. I just got a new puppy too. Her name is Onigiri and she's a cute little Chihuahua. She's a total mess but she's the cutest thing and I'm glad I have her.
I used to breed cavies. Right now I have 10. I have 2 English Cresteds named Toffee and Heather . I have 2 Abyssinians named Kurama and Vardaman. I have 2 Sheba Mini Yaks named Phyllis and Beasty Bear. I have 1 Abyssinian Satin named Alagaesia. I have 2 Americans named Isaiah and Ezekiel. I have 1 Coronet named Natsume.
I have 2 male Veiltail Siamese Fighting Fish named Sulfire and Omega and 1 female Plakat Siamese Fighting Fish named Virgo.
I have 3 cats. Their names are Domino, Suzi, and Kyo. Domino & Suzi are a mother and daughter pair. Both are tortoiseshell but Suzi has longhair. Kyo is an orange tabby rescue.
I have 5 hamsters named Hamtaro, Kurumi, Psyche, Yukari, and Fugit. Hamtaro is a female cinnamon Satin Longhaired Syrian hamster. Kurumi is a female golden Shorthaired Syrian hamster. Psyche is a female calico Longhaired Syrian Hamster. Yukari is a male normal Roborovski Hamster. Fugit is a male Chinese hamster. They are all very cute and I'm so glad I have them.
I have an albino Ringneck Dove. Her name is Lady Galadriel. She is a very sweet little bird and I love her to bits.
I have 4 bunnies. Their names are Luxa, Momiji, Eurydice, and Cinnamon. They are so sweet and I think they are the greatest bunnies ever.
I have a little sugar glider named Luna. She was a wedding gift from my brother. At first she was a bit shy but she is really starting to trust me now. She likes to sit on my head.
I have 4 rescued gray squirrels named Pocket, Maro, Okoru, and Shadow Tail. They are all very sweet. Pocket was a teeny Katrina victim. He's healthy now though and likes to harrass the cats. Maro, Okoru, and Shadow Tail are brothers that were living in a tree that was chopped down and a neighbor brought them to us.
I have 12 little rats. Yuki is a pink eyed white standard male. Vivi is a black hooded rex male. Naphira is a blue berkshire dumbo female. Ferret is a beige bareback standard male. Araya is a marked seal point siamese standard female. Zero is a black capped dumbo male. Kaname is a black bareback. Necro and Mortania are black verigate berkshire dumbo females. Kekona is a black verigated berkshire standard female. Spooky is a black berkshire standard female. Yumi is a beige bareback standard female. Yuki and Araya are feeder rat rescues. Vivi is an adopted rat. Naphira and Ferret are just pet store ratties. Zero, Kaname, Necro, Mortania, Spooky, Kekona, and Yumi are Ferret's children.
We have a new rescued standard African Pygmy Hedgehog named Noli Tangere. She's really cute and her name means Don't Touch in Latin.
I have 8 mice. Their names are Ian, Gillon, James, Elizabeth, Luther, Lorna, Gnome, and Rider. They were part of a colony of 99 at one point but now the colony has shruken to 8.
I have several invertebrates. There are 2 black widows named Clotho and Lachesis. There are 6 tarantulas named Kali, Wooly Mammoth, Ioulia, Arcane, Arachne, and Grindel. I also have a Hermit Crab named Pinky. I have a colony of Sea Monkeys.
I have 2 little Eastern Box Turtles named Mark and Carlos. Mark has a chip out of his shell and he loves to climb. He's a strange little tortoise. Carlos is actually my mother-in-laws but he lives with Mark and I adore him.
I have a sweet turtle named Alexi. We rescued her from the interstate and now she lives in the large pond in our backyard.
