THE MAKING OF THE IPADE (ípádè - yoruban, padê - brazilian port.)
an aproach by Pássaro da Noite.

I) Objective of the work:

The objective of the present work is to make Exu realize one's desire,
paying him to do so by the making of an ipade as a sacrifice ritual.

II) Short explanation of the Exu entity:

Padê was a Candomblé ritual designed for Òrísá Èsú and adopted
by Umbandists, using it with their own Exu entities, one of the most
knowed is Mr. Zé Pelintra (Lárôiê Exú Zé Pelintra!). Another one is
Mr. Tranca Ruas.

The magician should tune to the aspects of the entity at hand, for
example, the colors of candles for Mr. Zé Pelintra are black,
white and red, 
and he likes as an offerend: brandy, tabacoo & matches, money and
playing cards.
The colors of candles for Mr. Tranca Ruas are black and red,
he also like money (small amount), black cocks blood and head, feet,
wings,
internal functional body parts such as liver, lungs, hart, etc,
Mr.Street-Locker is less exigent about beverage and takes cachaça
(marafo) and run.
The colors of candles for Èsú Órísá are red, and he likes a rare
beef of meat slicely passed on the can of burning dendê palm oil. He
drinks all
kind of high degreee alcool dry beverage cited above and others like
gim and whisky.
Mr. Zé Pelintra is more used to obtain luck, sex and success in

everyday day is day for Exú. The hour of the work, being local time
or evocated
time, should be at mid-night (12:00pm). African tradition also
evocates that Exú's
element of power is the ground of the earth, the soil.

work with any of the described situations. Remeber to be

III) Ingredients:

- A formulated desire that tells Exú WHATT DO YOU WANT. Act as if you
were doing
a sigil's sentence of desire and make an objective, positive
sentence.
Avoid to TELL EXU HOW DO TO THE JOB, because Exú has his own
ways, };P .
Write it on paper.

- Four disposable dishes.

- 7 colored candles (if you don´t have thhe tree/double colored ones,
use 4 white and 3 red to Zé Pelintra, or 4 black and 3 red to
Tranca Ruas, or 7 red for Èsú).

- 500mg of mandioca flour. Corn flour cann be a substitute.
Try to get one the most thin one, and if you can choose,
choose one that have not being burned.

- 200ml of WATER.

- 100ml of Honney.

- 100ml of some strong and dry alcool bevverage (cachaça, rum, gim,
brandy).

- 100ml of PALM OIL (this you cannot subsstitute in the taboo). It is
the
RED VEGETAL BLOOD. For Quimbanda (Left-Umbanda) and Candomblé this
can be
replaced with male animal blood, male chicken, goat.

- 1 bottle of the same dry alcool beveragge (cachaça, rum, gim, brandy)
of the above 100ml. The bottle has to be closed until the offerend
time (Taboo) .

- 1 box of matches, cigarretes and playinng cards (for Zé Pelintra
works only).

- 5 disposable plastic hand bags.

IV) WORKING ON
(taboo tip - the youruban and umbandist doesn´t make sex 24 hours
before
working magick, 'cause they believe sex evocates the dead - 'egun')

a) At place and time that you will not be disturbed, put every
ingredients
in front of you. Tune to what you will do, invocate magick, and if
you want,
do a banishing opening before you begin.

b) Start concentration at your desired wish. Put some portion of
mandioca flour at the 1st dish. Put water on your hands (little
portion).
Mix the flour and the water, as you visualize the cleaning of the
ways
for your trade with Exu (you can also feel this cleaning process
going on, or talk about it with the entity, loud if you feel
adventurous).
Be patient. You have to mix all the flour with water without letting
the mixture transform into a ´whatery mushy thing´. You are
consacreting the
flour with the water and invocating and evocating the cleaning the
comunications
paths for you deal with Exú. Water is WHITE MINERAL BLOOD, In -
passive.

c) After finishing the work with water 'farofa' dish, put it aside,
then you
take another dish, put an amount of flour on it, and, focusing on
convince
Exú to accept your deal with him, put some portion of honey on the
flour.
Start to mix it, as you talk with the entity, persuading, convencing
the entity
do to the trade. Talk gently, emotionaly, explain your needing, as
you put more
honey, feel the ´sweet mouth talking´ process going on. Mix, amount
by amount,
patiently mix the honney with the flour. You are making food, be
certain that
every litte portion of flour is mixed with the honney.
Honney is RED VEGETAL BLOOD, In - passive.

d) Finishing the work with the honney dish, put it aside, take
another dish, put
another amount of flour, and focus on giving Exú a portion of the
sacrifitial
axé (Ásé). You are know making the 1st payment, just to show Exú
your good will
and what he will get as his part of the trade. Mix all the 100ml
beverage
portion with the flour, without letting the thing go to a ´whatery
pasta thing´.
Be patient. Dry beverages with more than 38o. of alcool are WHITE
VEGETAL BLOOD.
Yang. (Ze Pelintra does not likes cachaça (marafo) ... cheap brandy
is better)

e) When you have finished the work with the honney dish, put it away,
take
another dish, put another amount of flour, and, focusing on putting
Exú to
work, on feeding him, on making him strong to accomplish your
desired wish,
mix the flour with the PALM OIL. All the flour has to be mixed, at
little portins, as you did tree times before with the another
elements.
Don´t make balls of it. Mix it until it gets the floury aspect with
the color and smell of the oil. Be powerfull and unpatient...kkkk.
PALM OIL is RED VEGETAL BLOOD. Yang.

f) Put gently each of the 4 ´farofas´ dishes (the mixed flour and
element)
inside of one plastic bag. Handle with care, you don´t wan´t
to drop farofa way from the dish. Put the candles, the closed bottle
of
beverage, the paper with the wish writed on and a lighter inside the
5th
plastic bag.

g) At the 12:00pm time-zone, go to some crossroad. If you don´t have
the felling to do it at one open crossroad place, go to a place
where you can
workt directly at the earth ground, and visualize the crossroad at
the place.
(Some brazilian umbandists also uses steep streets as place of power
for Exú).

h) Put the five plastic bags on the ground in front of you. Gently,
take
the dishes out of them. Arrange the dishes making a little
croossroad on the
ground between them (one can use your hands or dagger to do it).

h) Put the candles likes an outside circle, with the 4 dishes within
the circle.
Light the candles on. Take the bottle of beverage at you hands.

i) Shout out the saudation to Exú : LÁRÒÍÈ ÈSÚ !!!!
It is like LÁH - RO - I - E E - XU. You can say either
SARAVÁ SEU ZÉ PELINTRA, or SARAVÁ SEU TRANCA-RUAS, if te respective
entitie is working on the rite.

J) Open the bottle and say your desired wish as a command order to
Exú.
As you talk with the entitie (you can repeat the desired wish and
the saudations) , make a outsider circle drooping the beverage on
the ground. When the circle is finished, put the bottle in some part
of the center of the circle.

K) Take some time as you light the papper with the desired wish. Put
it on the ground as it burns. Take 3 steeps behind, without turning
around.

L) Turn around and go away. DON´T LOOK BACK!!! THIS IS THE ULTIMATE
TABOO TIP. KKKKKKK!
