I hadn't slept too well so I was kinda grumpy and sleepy, only listening to parts of her long LONG story. Until all of the sudden she asked me if I was free for dinner in two days, Brian was cooking dinner for her and had asked her if I'd like to join them... Which I thought was kind of strange because I had seen 'em together and they were all over eachother then... so why would they want me around? Three is usually a crowd which was exactly what I said to Ellen. She fell quiet and told me it was going to be the four of us, it was going to be like a double date 'cuz Brian was taking someone with him for me. I had heard enough. I felt threatened, they were forcing me into meeting A.J. again and I wondered if A.J. knew about this. I told her that I didn't want to come over and that I didn't like it the way she was deciding things for me. Brian was still with her and took over the phone. "Claudia... please listen to me... we're not trying to push you into this, but why are you so scared of meeting him, you left a heck of an impression on the guy, why don't you want to see him again?" I couldn't help but laugh; "Impression? That stupid building left a pretty big impression on the both of us as well, and I don't know about him but I certainly don't want to see that again!" I said and thought of the huge scar on my leg. "Come on man, you know that's not the way I meant it... please... one night isn't gonna hurt is it? You two can catch up a bit and hey; if it doesn't click, it doesn't click! I'm not gonna force you into seeing him again after that!" "You want things to click? Here's something that goes click for ya..." I switched off the phone and fell back on my bed, not knowing what to do.
