Chapter 6

2 Hours Before.

"Okay everyone out boys and girls," announced Brian as he hopped out of the bus. He looked at the gang in front of the door. Nick followed and looked over Brian's shoulder, eyeing Bruno and his boys in front of the door to the apartments, "Ummmare you sure this is the right place, B-rok?"

Bruno and his boys looked at the newcomers warily, looking them all up, from the expensive shoes, to the jackets on their backs.

Looking over the directions on the paper, he looked at the address then back down at the paper, softly mumbling he answered, "Yeah."

"Damn." Howie mumbled as he followed Brian and Nick out of the bus. He looked down the street, where littered trash lay on the ground. Here and there he could see a rat run off out of a nearby alleyway. An old bag lady pushing her cart, of her wholly possessions, onward down the rest of the sidewalk. Sheets of old newspaper, acted as tumbleweeds, as the wind pushed them around. The place was not that abandoned, for here and there, he could see those that lived in poverty sleeping, and sitting in places which were now their homes.

There were a few cars here and there, but not many. Looking around the three Backstreet Boys realized they were in the downtown area of a really bad neighborhood.

Lou frowned eyeing the gang of hoodlums that seemed to come out of an old mobster movie, "Are you sure this is the place?"

"Yeah.we have to get in there," Brian said meekly, pointing at the building in which Bruno and his minions stood, as would any loyal guard dog. Kevin and AJ came off the bus, looking around as they took in their surroundings, then looking up, they pushed the 3 now weak boys towards the building. Lou followed behind them, while AJ with a confident air, lead the group forwards. Bruno seeing AJ lets him pass then, blocks the others.

"What the-?" Nick exclaimed as the passage of AJ is now soon blocked. He looked at the burly fellows, and as he tried as he could, he couldn't pry his way through.

AJ stopped, and looked at Bruno, seeing his friends treated this way, facing Bruno, he said, "Look, these are my friends. Sabriel is coming with us."

Lou stood in front of Bruno-looking down at him. The Italian Mafian looking dwarfed compared to Lou. Bruno stepped aside, and let them pass, looking like a shark as he watched Lou warily and the others, when they went by. AJ went in and followed by the rest, he opened the elevator and they soon found themselves in front of Sabby's door.

The loud beat of Orgy spilled out into the hall from under the door, yet they could hear distinctive grunts and groans from the door, everyone snickered eyeing AJ, but the groans soon sounded louder, as well as a couple of thuds. Sounding like someone getting beaten up. AJ tried the door, but it was locked. He looked behind him and the guys were ready to help out. "On 3....1..2....3!!!" With that Kevin and AJ barreled into the door, but still it would not budge.

"Kevin. AJ. Stop before you hurt yourselves," the boys turned and found Lou smiling down at them, "I'm your bodyguard, I'm supposed to help with things like this." The other boys were snickering and trying not to choke on laughter from AJ's sudden stupidity.

Lou made sure they were all out of the way then he, barreled one muscled shoulder in the door, and he heard the satisfying "click" and "thud" as the door fell down onto the inside of the room's floor. The group ran in and searched and came to a large opened room with a large mirror on both sides of the walls. There in the middle was Sabby in a black bra top and a pair of black cargo pants, her hands in a pair of boxing gloves. Each time she would punch the bag, a grunt would escape her lips.

Now and then she would take a turn at round-housing the bag or jump-kicking it. The guys stared, mouth open with awe and they glanced from Sabriel to A.J. it seems she was in beat with the music, so in a way she looked as if she were doing a dance.
"Woah Bone, you're dating a killer!" Nick exclaimed, looking at her. Unfortunately Nick didn't realize how true his words wereno one had found out, yet, about her "extra curricular" activities in the night as well as in the day.

Sabriel stopped and looked at them. "Oh hey. I'll be ready in a moment." And with that she turned off the music, then went into her room, where closing the door she almost growled. They weren't supposed to be here yet!!!! She went to her closet and pulled out her black suitcase with the false bottom, and pulled out certain clothing items in her closet. Then kneeling down at the end of the bed, she opened a certain hatchway at the bottomed, and moved her hands over the hard things, feeling her way over the familiar objects. She grasped an item and pulling out of its soft case in the hatch-way, checked it over, feeling the cold metal of her 45 magmum in her hand, she set it beside her. Then reaching her hand back under, she pulled out several other weapons to her suiting. Looking down she saw them all lined up the 12 rounds set next to her 45 mag., .99mm with bullets, her Gold Glock 9'5, as well as her sniper rifle, which she took apart to fit the pieces in the different spots for each piece. Then looking over each gun, she cocked the back slide, and put it in each of their right places.

"Hey Bone, how much longer is she gonna be?" Kevin asked looking at his friend.

"DunnoI'll go check up on her."

"You do that." Walking through the many halls, he came to the door, and opened it a crack, but before he even knocked he watched in utter amazement as Sabby with an expertise he has not seen before in her. Handle each one of the guns separately, running an expert hand over the cold metal, then cock the back slide putting rounds to the dozen in. For the first time, AJ had his doubts about this new love in his life, and what exactly she was really afterhe didn't want to have those thoughtsnot now. But still they invaded his mind like a new parasite, leaving bad seeds of doubt reaped into his mind's field.

Waiting for a few moments, he watched as she closed the hatch-way under the bed, and close the false bottom up, and start to sort through clothes. Then he walked in.

Whirling about, Sabriel turned to see AJ coming through the door of her room, wondering if he saw the guns or not, but then stopped and shrugged it off.

"Need help?"

"Yeah, you can take those things," she said pointing to a pile of clothes strewn off of hangers, "and fold em up and put them in the suitcase." He followed suit soon after, watching her suspiciously. Yet holding in the many questions that evaded his mind, A.J. promised himself to ask her about the weapons later, but for now he had enough on his mind to pass the time on any rainy day.

Taking the clothes, he folded them and then set them at the bottom of the suitcase. Looking over to Sabriel, he watched her take out a pair of pants, as well as a shirt and underwear.

Looking around the room, he went over to the top drawer of the dresser, and saw something dark blue silk pile, picking it up, he put it up in front of him, and looked at the skimpy spaghetti strapped night gown, a flash filled his mind. He turned to Sabriel, and got the image of her in it, in his mind.

AJ couldn't help but smile devilishly at the idea and picture of it in his mind. He folded that up delicately, then put it in the suitcase, then got some more of the underwear and set it in toogoing to the bathroom he grabbed her toothpaste, and a bag of some sort. Opening it he found her make-up, he threw that in the suitcase, and then zipped it up and walked out of the room with it. He gave it to Nick, who almost dropped it.

"Damn!! What do you have in this? The kitchen sink?" Then dragging it out the door, he went to go put it up. Howie followed Nick, laughing at the boy dragging the suitcase. Kevin followed to make sure they could get in the bus. Lou just looked at the three, chuckling, he followed as well.

AJ looked around, and found a backpack, opening it up, he looked around some more, not knowing what to put in it exactly. Brian looked around as if to help him, but before they could put anything into the backpack, Sabriel came in changed into her normal clothes, and took the bag away from them. "Why don't you guys go one, and I'll catch up."

They both looked at her, seeing that everything was covered, followed the others out, seeming to agree with her. Picking up the bag, Sabby went to her desk and pulled out her laptop, and then taking an output/input cord she hooked it to the back of her computer and then to the laptop. Her fingers flew as she, opened all her business filed and then uploaded it into her laptop. Once the percentage of the uploading was completed she unhooked the cord, wrapped it up, as well as some empty mini discs and put it into the inside of the laptop insulator. Sabby then slid the laptop into the insulation case, and put it in her bag.

Looking up, she deleted all files in the computer system, a mechanical voice came on and requested, "To access all files of Security Lock Down, please identify self." Smiling to herself, put her eye to the camera, and watched silently as the laser beam quickly scanned over her retina. A "click" was heard, and once again the voice replied, "Voice please."

"Quote the Raven. Nevermore." She said, and the computer beeped, and she watched as her computer locked all files down and everything else, so that no one who wasn't her, would kill the computer if they tried to hack in.

Sabriel smiled and went over to her rack of CD's and put each one carefully into her hard case, and threw that in, as well as her CD player and headphones. Then closing the door she locked it, and moved on down the stairs where the guys waited for her.
