Sunset Chapter 16 I continued to sob and Nick held me tight while pressing a cloth to my neck. "It�s going to be O.K. Shhh. Stop crying. Shhh. I�m here I�m not going to let anything happen to you. I love you." He kissed my head but I continued to sob. When we got to the hospital the bleeding had lessened but it was still bleeding. The doctors put stitches in my neck and put an IV in my arm so I could get some of the blood back that I lost. I was weak because of that. Nick stayed with me. At one point he left after I fell asleep for a little bit. But when I work up he was back and had gotten me a little stuffed heart from the gift shop. I smiled at that. "There�s some sort of special pain that I got so you can put our names on there. The doctor said you can leave." He picked me up and carried me back to the venue. I have the sweetest fianc� I thought. I stayed backstage during the concert. Some girls were coming backstage and when this on girl saw me her face was all anger after surprise. "What are you doing? I thought I got you. It looks as if I�m going to have to do it again." At that she pulled a gun out of her purse, aimed it at me, and started to pull the trigger.Next: Chapter 17 |
