Sweet Dreams Chapter 1 "Ahhhhhh," Caroline screamed as she awoke from her nightmare in a cold sweat. She looked at her clock. It was 5 a.m. Caroline couldn't go back to sleep. The nightmare seemed so real so vivid. She sat up in her bed trying to rethink her dream... 10 a.m.-There was a knock on her door. She threw on her robe and her slippers and opened it up. "Hey guys," she said quietly, going back to the kitchen to make a cup of coffee. "Good morning," the guys said. "Looks like someone got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning," Nick said plopping on the couch and turning on the t.v. Caroline just turned around and rolled her eyes. "Ignore him Caroline," Howie said joining Nick. "That's what I've been doing since he got here," she said jokingly. "Hey, we brought McDonald's for breakfast if anyone's hungry," A.J. said putting the bags on the table. "Hey Angel," Brian said putting his arms around her waiste. "Good morning," she said giving him a kiss. He took a long look at her. "What happend?" he said looking in her bloodshot eyes. "Nothing," she said quietly shaking her head. "Are you sure nothing's up?" "I-I had this terrible nightmare. You were playin basketball and then all of a sudden you collapsed. All of us tried to get to you, but something was holding us back. And all we could do was sit there and watch you suffer, and watch you die right before our eyes," she stared blankly at the floor. "It's okay," he said as he hugged her. "Brian it was so real." "Look, me and the guys have to go to the studio at 11 o'clock so why don't you take some tylenol and get some rest. I'll be back at two to check on you, okay." "Okay." Brian led her to her bedroom and tucked her in bed. "Yo B hurry it up we're going to be late," yelled Kevin. "I'm comin! Just gimme a sec." He turned back to Caroline."If you need anything ring me on my cell phone. I love you." "I love you too." Brian leaned over and gave her a kiss."Take care," he said as he disappeared out the door. The nightmare occured once again as Caroline tossed and turned in her bed. "Brian!" she woke up screaming. She burst into tears. She got up and changed into a pair of blue jeans and a black tanktop. She grabbed her car keys and drove her car towards the studio.Next: Chapter 2 |
