| I have a large number of land records from purchases made by ancestors, other relatives, and a select few others.� Some of these purchases are found in the OE (original entry) book where the land was purchased directly from the United States Government.� In my listings you will find the buyer (Grantee), the seller (Grantor), the date the instrument of sale was filed (not necessarily the date the actual transaction took place), and often where the actual record is found (Book and page) and where the property was located (Township and Section #).� Most of the actual transactions I have photographed.� (Some are readable, others are not).� If you would like an email copy of the photograph, just give me the ID # I have listed and I will try to email you a copy of the actual transaction as recorded in the county deed records. |
