The Blacktower was built by Tarke Bonemaster with the use of dark majgics. Its location is in a secret location well beyond the realm of Bereny. This allows its members to come and go without scurtiny. What the Necromancers do beyond the walls of the Black Tower is a secret to all but its members. The Tower keeps it secrets well, if you deem yourself worthy come in a take a look. But beware, you are being watched.
