| The Kansas Activity Directors Association (KADA) is the only state group that represents activity professionals in institutional settings. KADA provides an opportunity for both professional and personal growth. The group has come to be recognized by other professional groups as the contact for the field of activity programming throughout the state of Kansas. |
| MISSION AND PHILOSOPHY |
| KADA's mission is to promote standards of excellence in the field of activity programming. In order to fulfill this mission, detailed goals are set in the following areas: * Provide a support system for members that will assist in career development. * Develop and promote educational programs specifically geared to the activity professional. * Promote the delivery of services through cooperative programs with allied professional groups, consumer organizations, regulatory agencies and providers. |
