The Deans' Office
Anna sits in her black Italian leather desk chair in an impossibly short black skirt and a light pink blouse unbuttoned just enought to show enticing amounts of cleavage. Akio sits beside her at his own desk, staring at her and practically drooling. Sara and Jane walk into the office as well, Jane more genki than usual and Sara looking slightly more calm and emtionless than usual, and they each sit in their own black Italian leather arm chairs in front of the desks. Anna reaches over and smacks Akio gently to keep him from completely zoning out and he snaps to attention.
Akio smiles seductively at the two girls and they give each other nervous glances as he begins to speak. "As you know, we have new policies being implimented at this facility. As the original heads of the Student Council of this fine institution, it is your duty to carry out the new policies and see that they are followed."
Anna smiles in her own seductive way and comments suggestively, "And we get to punish the offenders any way we want."
Sara and Jane give each other a glance and gulp at that comment. They could only imagine what kind of punishment these two could come up with, seeing that they liked to chain people to random objects such as their cars for fun. Sara takes the piece of paper that Akio slides towards her and begins to read.
"The series Shoujo Kakumei Utena (Revolutionary Girl Utena) is copyright (c) Chiho Saito and Bepapas. All characters, series content, images, and the name Ohtori Gakuen belong to them. We do not intend to infringe on their rights, but instead have a little fun with Utena and maybe get some more people intersted in the series."
Sara hands the paper to Jane, who then reads the next paragraph.
"All images belong to their respective creators and are free for use, except for pictures obviously created for our site like the title image you see on every page. We would be glad to edit images for your use if you want, but don't take ours, we don't want another site looking like ours!"
Sara takes the paper back. "Similarly, all original content is copyright (c) 2000 Sara Griffin and Jane Dalton. This includes, but is not limited to, the following things:

Touga brandishing handcuffs, Saionji's anatomically impossible positions, Miki's obsession with the "Hey Miki!" song, Anthy's cheerleader mode, The Bannana scented Anna car and little monkey Fuufuu's obsession with it, and pretty much any outstandingly weird or ecchi thing we have here."
Sara gives Jane the paper. "And finally, the site layout is copyright (c) 2000 Sara Griffin, mainly because she worked hard on it. If you would like to use the style sheet or want html help, just ask, but don't copy the html."
Anna rubs her hands together. "Okay, those are the new policies, and we expect them to be followed. You may leave now, we have some very important work to do." she smiles at Akio who preoceeds to turn googly eyed and waves the girls away.
Sara and Jane leave the office looking slightly traumatized. Some how just being near the all powerful deans of students made anyone feel violated. Sara reaches into her pockets and realizes that she has left her car keys on Anna's desk. She "ulp"s and then pulls Jane along with her, determined to get the keyes no matter what the cost. Before walking in, however, they peer through the window and their eyes grow almost as big as tv screens as they whisper together, "Damn, and I thought Saionji was bad."
The concept of the two schools merging after an accident at Ohtori, thereby creating a a whole new school and a whole new situation.
