Dear members:
Ugadi 2008 will be celebrated on Saturday April 19, 2008 at Immaculata High School at 4:00 PM. Immaculata High is located on 140 Main Street and is easily accessible by bus numbers 5 and 16. There is plenty of parking available.
Ugadi is about family and friends. We have planned a reception with refreshments between 4:00 - 4:45 pm to provide you with an opportunity to catch up with your friends. This is the time you can register and renew your membership.
This will be followed by a short and vibrant entertainment evening and a catered dinner. We thank those of you who have confirmed your interest to participate in the entertainment. To help us confirm numbers with the caterer, we request that you confirm your participation in the event (with the total number of family and friends) on or before April 2, 2008.
In order to keep up with rising costs, we have raised the membership fee to $30 for family and $15 for single membership. In addition, the admission for the event will be $10 per person for members (8 yrs and above) and $15 per person for non-members (8 yrs and above). Once again, we request your support. Please renew your yearly membership and please help us by bringing correct change for registration.
