| We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can email us, call us with pertinent information, or email it to us in two separate emails if you like. Please include the card number, expiration date, and the billing address if different from your shipping address. The credit card processor now requires vendors to enter the billing address to process an internet sale.
We also accept money orders, cashier's checks, PayPal (which we highly recommend), and personal checks. (Please allow 7 days or so after we get them for personal checks to clear. Items will be shipped immediately with payment via all other methods.) With all orders please include your name, shipping address, a phone number, and an email address in case we have a question for you We do my best to make sure our descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible and we would never deliberately misrepresent a piece. If you receive your item and feel that it is not what you expected, please contact us. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Our return policy is as follows: Purchases can be returned for a no-questions-asked full refund for up to 14 days after you receive it. After 14 days, there will be a 10% "restocking" fee. No returns will be accepted without prior approval. Refunds will be made only for items returned in original condition. (if we're not there leave your name, phone number or email address, and the item you are interested in. One of us will get back to you.) |
