| Hello, I started my challenge on the 20/3/03 weighing 89kg , and size 18 . I finished my challenge on the 12/6/03 weighing 73kg, I made up my mind prior to starting the challenge , that the only way I could give it my best, was to make it an obsession for the 12 weeks, so that is what I did, I fully focused on body for life and my goals for those 12 weeks, putting exersie and diet first, everything else fell inline behind that. I honestly didnt find my challenge hard I just did it. |
| THE BEFORE PHOTO'S You know what is funny, prior to the challenge, I thought that I didnt look to bad, now I think that the before photos are shocking. Too much red wine (stress relief), lack of exercise and to many takeaways. |
| THE AFTER PHOTOS Yes, even I am astounded by the after photos, what one can do in 12 weeks is amazing. If I can give you one main tip it would be about the mind. If you can get your mind thinking positively, and stay focused throughout those 12 weeks then anything is posible. When I felt like I never had enough time in the day to fit the exercise in ,I could hear myself saying I cant exercsise today not enough time, I would then say to myself, What can I do which would enable me to fit in the exersise today? I would then manage to find a way. If I can do it ,you can do it, dont make excuses make it happen. |
