                               *****BAKED   SCHNAPPER*****
1 Whole Schnapper - 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley - 1 tablespoon Spring Onion - Salt & Pepper-
1/2 tablespoon Butter - 150ml Dry White Wine - Breadcrumbs -
SAUCE: 30g Butter - 2 tablespoons Flour - 1/2 teaspoon Salt - 3 shakes Cayenne Pepper - 250ml Liquid ( wine plus milk) 1/2 cup Tasty Cheese (grated)

Place whole Schnapper in a greased oven-proof dish. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley and spring onion. Pour white wine over the fish and for zoned ovens cover  with foil. Bake until just cooked (20 mins).

Prepare the Sauce: Melt butter, add flour and stir over flames until thick. Drain wine from the fish, add milk and make up to 250ml. Add this gradually to the butter and flour mixture, stir constantly and cook until thick and creamy. Add grated tasty cheese, salt and pepper.  Mix well.
Pour sauce over fish. Sprinkle with a little more cheese and a few breadcrumbs. Brown lightly until a grill (lowest setting). Garnish with lemon and parsley.

*****FRUIT CAKE A GO GO*****

Cup of Sugar - cup of Water - 4 Eggs - Teaspoon Salt - 2 cups Dries Fruit - teaspoon Baking Powder
- cup of brown Sugar - Lemon Juice - Nuts - Bottle of Whisky (sample for quality).

Take a large bowl.  Check the whisky again to be sure it is of the highest quality - pour 1 level cup
and drink it...repeat!
Turn on the electric mixer, beat 1 cup of butter in a large fluffy bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar and beat again.  Make sure the whisky is OK.  Cry another cup.
Turn off the mixerer. Break 2 leggs and add to the bowl and chuck in the cup of dried fruit. Mix on the turner.  If the fried druit gets stuck in the beaterers, pry it loose with a drewscriver.  Sample the whisky to check for tonsisticity.  Next - sift 2 cups of salt. or something. Who cares?  Check the
whisky.  Now sift the lemon juice and strain your nuts.  Add 1 table. Spoon.  Of sugar or something.  Whatever you can find.  Grease the oven.  Turn the cake tin on to 350 degrees. Don't forget to beat off the turner.  Throw the bowl out the window, check the whisky again, and go to bed!

   *****POTATO   SALAD*****

6 medium sized Potatoes - 2 boiled Eggs - 1/2 tablespoon Oil ( enough to blend mixture) -
4 Sower Cucumbers (jar Dill)  -   Salt& Pepper - 1 medium sized onion - Jar Thomy Mayonaise
(Contin  or similar ingredients)

Cool boiled potatoes and dice. Dice onion. Cut dill cucumbers to very small pieces and add oil and salt  & pepper  mixing all ingredients until very well combined.

*****FISH FILLETS WITH CHEESE TOPPING*****   

750g Fish Fillets - Salt & Pepper - 2 Tablespoons Butter - 1/2 cup Cried Breadcrumbs -
1 tablespoon chopped Parsley -  1 cup grated Cheese - Paprika - lemon Juice - Pinch of Thyme

Trim fish fillets, remove any bones, cut into serving size pieces. Arrange in a shallow ovenproof dish, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt & pepper - thyme, dot with half the butter.
Bake in oven at 180C until cooked (about 20 minutes).  Take it out and sprinkle with breadcrumbs, parsley, melted butter, cheese and paprika.  Return to oven until topping is lightly browned(10-25
minutes).   WONDERFUL!!

***** CHOW  MEIN*****

Carrot - Celery - Green Pepper - Cabbage - Beans - Onion - Mince Topside - Beef stock cube -
Packet Chicken Noodle Soup - Packet Savory Rice Curry

Slice and cook with some water:  cabbage, celery, onion, beans, green pepper, carrot, chicken
noodle soup, savory rice, with a large piece of butter.

Cook mince steak with stock cube and a little water.  When cooked, add to cooked vegetables.
