Grief, Part 1

Personal Loss This is the deep, internal sensation that cannot be put into words. You don't believe you'll ever get out of this pit, and sometimes you don't want to. Some good news: you don't have to "get over this" according to anyone else's timetable. You are proceeding through an intensive transformation.

Family Loss This is the impact on the group energy field that can alter feelings of personal loss. There are struggles to adapt to the loss and resultant changes. Some good news: having a supportive group means you can be strong some moments and reliant on someone in other moments. Through this process, the group and the individuals transform.

 Global Loss This is the impact on Mother Earth's energy field that has subtle effects on groups and individuals. Media attention to large-scale catastrophes can result in a higher level of resistance to sensing this impact, and cause people to ignore the call rather than respond to it. Some good news: the impact is intended to direct attention, draw healing energies, and give back those same energies to anyone who responds. Working as a member of a group sends more energy and brings more energy back than any one individual extends.
