| It was a dark and stormy night, and the four men made their way up the narrow winding road to the house they were looking after or the weekend. �God, if this was a story� said Matt as he wound his way round the road �It�d be really cheesy! It�s dark, we�re all alone, on a lonely road�God, it�s even stormy!� he joked. �Don�t be stupid Matt� said Jeff from the back of the car �This is real life DUH! And besides, I heard that place was haunted� �Yeah right, what ever� said Matt �It�s true!� exclaimed Jeff Edge started to giggle. �WHAT?!� cried Jeff �Nothing�Kurt!� sniggered Edge and laughed loudly as Jeff hunched up in his seat and started to sulk. �This�ll be fun� said Christian ignoring Jeff. �A whole house to ourselves for the weekend� he said suggestively to Matt. �Ahem!� coughed Jeff �You�re not going to be alone!� �Ahhh, shuddup Jeff.� Said Edge �Leave �em alone� The car pulled up to the front of the house. They all filed out of the car and made their way to the house. Jeff went up to the front and as soon as he put the key to the lock, a bright lightening bolt lit up the house and it�s surroundings. �Jeeezus F�n Christ� he squealed and dropped the key �Well done Stupid� complained Matt �now we�ll never find the key!� he made his way over to the door and started to feel around for the key, he found it and picked it up and went to put the key in the lock again. But the door just swung open �Shit!� cried Jeff, �how did that happen?� �Be quiet Jeff� said Edge �they probably just forgot to lock the door.� They made their way in to the house and stopped in the huge hallway. �Someone turn the lights on!� cried Jeff �It�s dark in here� Christian laughed and fumbled around for the light switch. The hall flooded with light. �Right then!� said Matt �there�s the stairs! Let�s find somewhere to sleep�. They headed towards the stairs, taking in their surroundings as they moved up them �These floorboards are creaking!� said Jeff in a bit of a panic �It�s an old house� said Matt �Of course they�ll creak. Now move!� Matt and Christian turned into the first room on the left �This�ll do!� called out Christian to Edge and Jeff �OK!� said Edge and he walked on Jeff following closely behind. Edge opened the next door and saw a single bed �I�ve got my room!� said Edge �Go find yours Jeff� �Ummm�yeah� said Jeff nervously, he turned around and looked for a door. There was one opposite Edge�s. He tiptoed his way over to the door, and stood with his back right up against the wall. He slowly reached for the handle and turned it ever so slowly and pushed the door open. He caught his breath and slooooooowwwllly peeked around the corner to see what lay behind. �Oh� said Jeff. There was an ordinary room behind that door. He walked in and dumped his stuff on the bed. He then sat on it, and then he proceeded to bounce up and down, testing it�s springiness, a tried and tested scientific method! He looked around his room finding a few bits of furniture and a drawn window. He got up to go and find Edge, Christian and his brother. He knocked on Edge�s door and opened it. �Hey Edge!� he said cheerily �Hey Jeff� Edge smiled back �find your room?� �yep� said Jef bouncing happily into the room �soooo..whatarewegonnadonow?� he asked Edge �Umm..I dunno..let�s explore!� said Edge �Coool!! Let�s go� the two men got up and made their way out of the room. They had explored around the house completely and were back in Jeff�s room. It started to thunder. �Coool...I love storms!� cried Jeff and ran over to his window to go and watch. He turned back to Edge as he pulled open the curtains �You gonna come watch?� he asked All he received from Edge was an obnoxious snore. Cheek! He�d fallen asleep! Jeff just ignored him and turned round to look out of the window. �Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!�Screamed Jeff as he saw what was outside. He turned and ran straight to Matt�s room. He banged the door open �MATT!� he screamed �Get the fuck out!� Screeched Matt from a compromising position under Christian. �But but but but MY rooooom!� he whimpered �Jeff�get the FUCK out of here!� shouted Christian �We don�t want an audience!!!!!!� he screeched while hastily covering himself and Matt up with the covers. Jeff didn�t care, he ran over to the bed and jumped in �JEFF!� screeched Matt as he jumped out of the bed, Christian following closely. They threw their clothes on. �What the fuck is wrong?� asked Matt angrily Jeff peeked out from under the cover �Iinnn�mmyyy�rrooo..oom� he said shakily �What?� �GHOST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!� he said and ducked under the covers again. Matt huffed and went off to see what Jeff was talking about. �Don�t leave me alone!� cried Jeff. �Well get out of OUR bed then� said Christian. They walked over to Jeff�s room. They found a sleeping Edge �Where�s this fucking ghost then Jeff?� asked Matt impatiently �thhe the the window� said Jeff clinging onto Christian�s arm. �Where?! I can�t fucking see a ghost Jeff� �huh? It was there� Jeff walked over to the window and saw nothing. �ummmmmm�.� started Jeff �Don�t fucking bother!� shouted Matt and he stormed back to his room with Christian, leaving Jeff to wonder how to move Edge who had somehow slept through all this. Then he had a wicked idea. He stripped Edge of his clothes, and moved him under the covers, he stripped himself and slid in beside Edge. �heeheeeeheeee� laughed Jeff �This�ll fucking scare him� he said to himself and settled down to sleep. |
