*The buyer must have the pupy examined by a licensed veterinarian with in 72 hours of delivery. The seller must be informed of the results of this examination immediately by e-mail or fax. Tailure to comply will result in the immediate cancellation of this guarantee. Any test warranted by an licensed veterinarian shold be given at this time at buyer's expense. Any claims to return the pupy must be made within this time period and will be verified by Seller's own veterinarian.
*Buyer is completely satisfied with, and waives, any and all claims regarding the dog's conformation and outward appearance.
*Seller is not responsible for any medical expenses incurred on the aforementioned pupy, unless other arrangements have been made with Seller's written consent.
*The Buyer must provide the puppy with routine preventive care such as, but not limited to:
Annual physical examinations by a licensed veterinarian
Annual vaccinations and dewormings as recommended by the veterinarian
CONSIDERATION
This puppy, as identified above, is being sold for the sum of, __________________.
A deposit of 20% or _____________ is due to hold the puppy.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Puppy must be paid for in full, including shipping expense, before shipping will be arranged.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
* The aforementioned puppy is guaranteed until one (1) year of age against fatal and live altering congenital diseases which adversely affects the health of the animal. This includes severe hip dysplasia which hampers the dog's movement and natural gait and which requires surgery to correct, kidney, heart pancreas spine and liver problems of a severe, live threatening or altering nature. If the puppy dies within this one year time frame, the buyer must pay to have the animal necropsied to determine the reason. If the reason is found to be congenital, the seller will replace the puppy.
*This guarantee does not cover what in the bulldog breed is considered normal:
Cherry Eye, Entropion, , Bad bites, "Loose" Hips, Skin Allergies, Elongated Soft Palate, Stenotic Nares (Collapsed Nostrils or Demodectic Mange (because of the controversy of whether it is genetic or not.
*All puppies covered under this guarantee are for replacements only. We do not issue refunds for any reason.
*As of the date of delivery, the puppy has received the proper vaccinations and wormings at the appropriate times.
*The Buyer has been informed of this and of future vaccinations and wormings due.
*This guarantee does not include Coccidia or Kennel Cough, which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by batteria. Kennel Cough is self limiting and like the common cold, must run its cours. Tull recovery can be expected and Kennel Cough on its own is not a life threatening ailment. Vaccinations can be and usually are, given in conjunction with the puppy's annual vaccinations.
*A puppy showing any serious genetic or congenital defect will be replaced as follows:
1) The puppy must exhibit the defect y one year of age. The Seller must be notified of the prolem within two business days of the licensed veterinarian determination and have two reports from two unassociated licensed veterinarians stating the same problem. The Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equal value.
2) A puppy with a genetic defect must be returned or euthanized with the prior permission of the Seller to qualify for a replacement puppy.
3) No refund, in full or in part, will be given under any circumstances
*Areturned puppy must be returned to the Seller in good condition, other than the specified problem. at the Buyer's expense. The Buyer/Owner is responsible for the transportation cost to and from the Seller for the replacement puppy.
*No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been bred, spayed, neutered or euthanized without the Seller's written permission.
* The replacement puppy will be one mutually agreed upon by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement puppy may or may not be from theexact same parents of the original puppy.
*There are certain disorders that may be caused by enviromental factors, such as allergies, thyroid dysfunction and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered by this guarantee.
*Any physical problems which are, or could be, the resuldt of injury are not covered under this guarantee.
*There is no guarantee or warranty that the Buyer will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of the show or breeding potential exhibited as a puppy.
*This contract applies to the original puppy only and is nontransferable to a second party.
*As previously stated, Buyer agrees to maintain this puppy in good health, provide preventative health care including, but not limited to, inoculation, internal and external parasites and heartworm preventative medicine.
*Buyer futher agrees to provide proper excercise as indicated by this breed in order to maintain this puppy's proper weight and physical shape. A proper diet consists of top quality puppy/dog food and supplements if needed.
*Buyer agrees that this puppy is not to be left in the backyard or kennel only. This puppy is being sold with the understanding that it was to go to carefully selected parties and that Buyer promised that the puppy would become a member of the family. (This is to assure proper development and maintenance of the temperament for which this puppy was bred.)
* If Buyer is no longer able to provide a loving and healthy home environment for this puppy, Buyer promises and agrees to contact Seller to make arrangements for adoption or for Seller to reclaim the puppy.
*This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements whether written or oral.
*This contract is null and void if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
*Finally, the Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Arkansas, in the county of Washington.
*THIS CONTRACT WILL BE CONSIDERED NULL AND VOID IF IT DOES NOT CONTAIN BOTH BUYER AND SELLER SIGNATURES.
