| Justin stood there shocked. All sorts of emotions ran through his heart when he saw Amelia with his mother, but what pulled at his heart even more was hearing a little girl next to her call her mommy. Looking between the little child and Amelia, he finally put it together. She had an affair with another man and left him to hide the fact she was fooling around. Chris, JC, Joey and Lance looked about confusingly. They hadn't expected something like this and were lost for words. Not being able to take the tension silence, Lynn decided she should speak. "Um....boys, I think we should leave them alone for a while," said Lynn, grabbing Jisela's hand. Walking past Amelia she gave her a pat on the knee. She gave Justin an apologetic look, but he turned his head. Leading the rest out of the room to explain what was going on, Justin stayed in the same place he had been in, not moving any closer to Amelia than he was already. Amelia began feeling very intimadated with the hard look's Justin was giving her, making her feel helpless. "Justin, could you please stop staring at me like that and would you sit for a second. I want to tell you something important," said Amelia. "Important? I think you could have done that two years ago," coldly said Justin. "You're going to make this very hard for me aren't you? I know I really hurt you and I came to apologize and fix things," said Amelia. "Yes, I am going to make it hard for you. You leave me without letting me know real reasons and you expect me to be happy after two years when I see you in my living with another man's child talking to my mother," he said in anger and hurt. Shock came over her when he spoke the words. She started to see it clearly, he thought Jisela wasn't his. "I know what you're thinking.You think I cheated and left you for another man.God, Justin how could you think that? I have never been with another man since you or while I was with you. That child you saw, it's your baby. I left you because I was pregnant and didn't want to ruin your career. I felt that I would be hurting it more if I stayed so, I left," blurted Amelia, tears running down her eyes. Making eye contact with Amelia, Justin froze. He couldn't believe what Amelia was saying. It was like his whole world was crumbling by the mintute from Amelia's reappearance. He breathing became heavy. He felt like the room was closing in on him and in a matter of seconds his life would be over. He felt pressure and couldn't take it, all he could hear was the words "it's your baby" over and over in his head. Backing out of the room slowly, he dashed to the front door slamming it on his way out. Amelia sat there, not knowing what to do watched as he motorycle went by through the window. Letting out a heavy sigh, she looked to the door and saw Lynn with Jisela. Standing up, she walked towards them and Lynn grabbed her into a tight hug. "He'll come around. Just give some time to swallow all this information," said Lynn. "I hope so," whispered Amelia. Back Home Chapter 5 |
