Chapter 20

A few hours later after the fight, Amelia is in her bedroom....
Amelia had been laying in her room for hours and didn't feel like coming out. Amelia had turned on her side to look at her alarm clock and noticed that it was 8:55pm. Hers and Mya's favorite show Charmed was coming on in five mintutes. The thought of Mya brought sadness towards her and now that she thinks about it, there is only one television in the house and it was in the living. That meant, for the fisrt time in 3 weeks, Mya and her had to be in the same room.

Getting up from her bed, she slowly walked to the door. Opening the door, she could hear faint sounds of the theme music from the Charmed show. Holding her head up high, she walked over to the next couch, away from Mya. Through out the show, Mya would flip the channel to MTV during the commercials. This had always bugged Amelia, but never said a thing about it and wasn't going too now. After another commercial, Mya flipped and Brian Mcfayden was introducing a boyband called *Nsync. The named sounded so familiar to Amelia, but blowed it off beacuse Mya was about to change the channel.

To Amelia's and Mya's suprise, Justin's face appeared with four other men. Amelia and Mya stare with their mouths wide-open. They couldn't beleive that the Justin that had them fighting was Justin Timberlake of *Nsync. After the video was over, Mya turned slowly towards Amelia, looking for some answers, but when she noticed that she had on the same shocked look, she figured Amelia had no idea about Justin's secret life and it wasn't going to stop her from saying something smart.

"So, I guess mister Justin hasn't been all truthful to you. He lives a pop star life with tons of white girls flocking to him and he for some reason decides he wants a little tatse of chocolate and not vinalla. I think this show you that he is only going to use you then, kick you to the curb and your willing to lose your family and friends for that," said Mya with a smirk. Amelia just looked at Mya with an 'I don't care what you have to say' look and went to her room.

Amelia's room....

Leaning her back against the door, so many thoughts were just going around in her head about Justin not telling her about his other life and the words Mya had spoken. She was so confused about the way she should be feeling about find out this important news. She didn't know if she should feel angry or happy and on Justin's reasons. She sat down on the bed and thought about the many girls that surround Justin's life and the scurnity he gets from being in the public eye. Then it hit her, there was so many clues about Justin's other life, such as, the questioning from the guys about if she would ever date a boyband memeber/pop star.

Laying flat on her back, she came to realize why he keep his life a secret. 'It must be so hard for him to find someone to like you for you and not as a pop star', thought Amelia. Looking at her clock, she decided it was time to go to bed, especially since she had classes for 8 am.

Mya in the livingroom....

'Wow! what a shocker. I never thought that boy was a singer, let alone be someone that all the girls drool for. Ha! I don't see what is so cute or hot about him. The fact that he is a well known singer can slim down the chances of Melia even becoming his girlfriend. His white fan base would never accept it and the press would tear her up into little pieces until there is nothing left of her. I won't even have to do some of the damaging work, the press would do it for me. Thats it! I'll let there little realationship begin and then BAM! Ha ha ha, this is going to be so much fun' thought the giggly Mya.
