Chapter 14
Two days later, Saturday morning....
Sitting down at the breakfest table Justin held his phone and Amelia's number in his hand. He had meant to call her yesterday but, he was to nervous as to what she might say to him. Looking up from the her number, he started to dial. The phone had rung three times and he was about to hang up when he heard her soft voice. "Hello, this is Amelia speaking, how may I help you?," said Amelia. "Goodmorning Amelia. You sure do answer your phone very politely," said Justin. Giggling,"I sure do and goodmorning too. What do I owe this delightful call?," said Amelia. "Well, I know this is late and all but, I wanted to ask you if you would like to come to a pool party I'm thowing?," asked Justin. "Wow, a pool party. I would love to go and can I bring a friend?,"said Amelia. "Great and sure you can bring a friend. Is it the one from the club?," said Justin. "Yeah, it is. I can't believe you remembered her," said Amelia. "Me neither. I ususally forget people at times ," laughed Justin," Oh, and my address is 50 Gates Ave, you can't miss it and it starts at 1:30 pm." "Well, thanks for the invite and hopefully I won't get lost. Bye Justin," said Amelia. "Bye Amelia and I can't wait to see you," said Justin as the both hanged up.
Amelia's house...
Unlocking the door to their apartment, she was suprised to see Mya sitting on the couch watching Real World. Walking into the apartment she put her belongings on the table and wasn't suprised when Mya didn't say anything to her. Mya hadn't talked to her sinec their argument last night. Sighing a sad sigh, she couldn't take to tension in the room. "Mya can you atleast say something to me?," said Amelia. Her question was left with slience and that pissed her off. Stalking off to her room, she decided that it was no use trying to talk to her. Then she remembered her invite to Justin's party and looked at the clock. She only had two hours till it started and was so excited to go. Two hours later.... Grabing her bag and throwing in a towel and suntan lotion. Putting on her blue shades and fixing her hair alittle bit, she walked out of her bedroom. Lifting her head up high, she walked past Mya to grabed her keys. She felt Mya staring her down like a hawk, but she didn't care. Turning around to look at Mya, she said only two words. Smiling,"Bye Mya," said Amelia as she walked out of their apartment, leaving Mya speechless.
Justin's party.... It was now 2:45 and still no sign of Amelia and Justin was wondering if she was still coming. He knew that he shouldn't be worrying because it was still early, but he couldn't help it. He was more nervous because she was going to meet all of his friends and his parents. Bringing himself out of his thoughts he went over to the guys to get his mid off of Amelia, for now. "I'm so glad that we have two months off and we can spend more time with our families," said JC. "Hey, Justin. Amelia hasn't gotten here yet?," said Bobbi. "Nope, as of right now she isn't here yet and I'm very nervous for you guys to meet her. Chris, please don't scare her and Joey, no flirting," said Justin giving a stern look. "Alright, we promise," said Chris answering for both Joey and him, just as Justin's doorbell rang. "Hopefully thats her. I'll see you guys," said Justin, walking off towards his front door.
