The National Conservative Minority Voters Alliance (NCMVA) is a grassroots organization established to provide an alternative, Conservative voice to and for minority citizens and promote Conservative principles and values which reflect the true meaning of justice for all in the minority communities of the nation.
Whereas: Conservatism is based on the following principles; efficient AND limited government, personal responsibility, individual rights, equal opportunity, a strong AND EFFICIENT national defense, free enterprise and traditional values as they apply to both family and society;
Whereas: The NCMVA believes these principles provide a sound basis for a prosperous and just society for all citizens. The NCVMA places emphasis on self-reliance, the elimination of discrimination, a proficient educational system accountable to the public and less regulation that stifles entrepreneurial pursuits.
Whereas: The NCVMA supports the preservation of, and protection for, the individual ethnic and cultural differences among the citizens of this nation. The NCMVA explicitly rejects the currently much-practiced policy of Identity Politics which pits one group against another and creates an atmosphere of resentment and division.
Whereas: Minority citizens have come to be seen as being exclusively represented by organizations that only endorse political philosophies to the left of the political spectrum. This, apart from ignoring the many Conservative voices in minority communities, has also led to a discouragement of independent analysis of varying political philosophies and has inhibited efforts for true self determination.
Whereas: The promotion of Conservative values and conservative political philosophies has been sorely deficient in minority communities. This situation has limited the ability of many minority citizens to have access to, and thus comprehend, compare and contrast the differences between competing political philosophies and make choices based on their best interests, and thus the best interests of society as a whole.
Whereas: The NCVMA believes that only when every individual, regardless of race or creed, has sufficient information, knowledge and understanding of the meaning and intent of Conservative, as well as non-Conservative values, can they make informed, fair and objective choices regarding political parties, candidates and proposed legislation that effects their future and the future of this great nation.
Therefore, let it be resolved:
The National Conservative Minority Voters Alliance (NCMVA) shall endeavor to the promote the Conservative philosophy within minority communities and provide an alternative and Conservative voice for independent consideration of political, social and economic policies that provide incentive for self determination and promote individual freedom. A voice that provides the platform for a society rich in cultural diversity and unity among all its peoples, as well as a reverence for freedom, excellence and justice.
