Kaiseki is originated from the
tea ceremony. It is a formal dining
style for the Japanese to entertain special guests.
Kamogawa’s Kaiseki dinner consists
of eight to ten courses altogether.
Each dish represents a different cooking method and is served one after
another. The freshest seasonal
ingredients selected daily by the Grand Chef are skillfully prepared at his own
discretion.
