In Andamans at this juncture i think about the time when I started the journey to Port Blair from New Delhi back in 1996. That was the time I was totally a free bird. Full of innovative ideas that could change the whole world. And now in 2007 huge change has come. Not much could be changed as far as India is concerned and in particularly the public sector is concerned.
