| �Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Trunks invited us to go out tonight. The whole gang is going to be there. Do you want to?� He said as he headed into his office. He thought she was going to say no, which didn�t bother him. As long as he was with her, he didn�t care where they went. �Sure why not. We haven�t been out in a while.� She answered back from her desk. He was actually surprised by her answer. �Alright I�ll give him a call.� �Should I get him on the line sir?� She teased. He laughed. He called Trunks and told him that they were going. He got the when and where then hung up. He went back out to her office to tell her. She slowly looked up from her desk, and the way she moved took his breath away. He gasped when he saw the sunbeam through her jet-black hair, and he took in a large breath. Her hair was kept out of her face by her hair band, and she looked so innocent to him. �Your so beautiful Zelena.� He whispered in a trance. She blushed. �Oterro, don�t do this.� She moaned. He shook his head and regained his composure. �I think you�re secretly a witch. You�ve put some spell on me.� He groaned, and she laughed. �Your so silly. What did Trunks say?� He told her about the plan then headed back into his office. <><><><><> The day had gone by fast, and they worked hard and long. It was way past quitting time, and they walked out of the building arm in arm. �I don�t want to wear this thing, can we go home so I can change?� She asked as he pulled out of the parking lot. �Yeah, I wouldn�t mind changing either.� �Oh no. I love the way you look in your suit. It really does something to me.� She purred. He stayed at the front door while she went to the room to change. He knew if he went in there it would be all over. When she emerged his mouth dropped. She wore a little black skirt, and a long sleeved half shirt that revealed a lot of her toned stomach, and cleavage. She slipped on her sandals and walked over to him. She put her hand under his chin and pushed up to close his mouth. �Is this okay?� She asked innocently. �Or is it too revealing.� �No it�s not okay, and yes its too revealing.� He groaned. She pursed her lips and headed back to the bedroom. She left the shirt on, but changed the skirt to an ankle length skirt with a slit up the side. �Is this better?� He stifled a laugh and grabbed her hand. �I guess it will do.� <><><><><> When they walked in all heads turned as they saw the beautiful woman elegantly enter. She kept her eyes open to find Trunks and the gang. Oterro grew angry when he saw all the men leering at his mate. He wanted to rip their eyes out, but then realized that how could it be helped she is incredible after all. Anger was replaced by pride, and he put his hand on her shoulder to indicate that she was not alone. Of course Zelena was oblivious to the stares. �Hey guys. Long time no play.� Zelena cried to her friends and family. She waited for Oterro to grab a seat so she could sit in his lap. He held her around her naked waist and she put her arm around his shoulders. The guys around the room moaned when they saw that she was taken and her ring sparkling in the dim lights. Bra started to fake a cry. �I miss wearing clothes like that.� She pointed at Zelena. Everyone laughed. Goten whispered in her ear and she smiled. The waiter came over and took the new comers drink order. Surprisingly Zelena ordered a glass of red wine, and Oterro ordered a beer. �Oh yeah and I need a glass of water with lemon.� She yelled after the waiter. She saw everyone staring at her, �What, I get dehydrated when I have so much as a sip of alcohol.� She shrugged. They laughed at her innocence. No matter how much she has changed her little girl innocence was there forever. Zelena noticed a blonde staring at Oterro. She felt the heat rise up into her face and she leaned into his ear. She snuggled up closer to Oterro to indicate that he was not taken, and her eyes widened when the girl approached. �Oterro?� The blonde said breathlessly. The group looked at her, and gawked. She was beautiful after all. �Daija.� He said nervously. Zelena got up sensing he wanted to greet her. �It�s been a long time.� Zelena saw something flicker in his eyes and this made her very nervous. She nudged him to remind him that she was there. �Oh I�m sorry. Daija, this is my fianc�e Zelena. Zelena this is an old friend of mine.� Zelena nodded but the girl practically ignored her, staring at Oterro. He saw a very sad and hard look in Daija�s eyes and thought maybe he should talk to her. He was her ex-boyfriend of two years after all. He turned lovingly to Zelena and cupped her face in his hands. �Would you excuse us for a minute Zelena-chan?� She shrugged unhappily and sat down. He followed Daija to a small table and took at seat. �She�s beautiful.� She told Oterro as they sat down. �Yes she is.� He said and looked over at her knowing this was killing her. �How have you been?� She shrugged and looked away. �I regret ever breaking up with you, that�s for sure. Are you happy Oterro?� She said in a sad voice. �More then words could say.� He felt bad for her, but she left him in search for something else. �You look so sad, what�s wrong?� A tear formed in the corner of her eye, and he felt bad. �I was so stupid to let you go, and I suppose it�s to late to start back up.� She whispered. �Yes it is Daija, is this what you came over to do? Try and make me feel guilty or something?� He was getting a little angry. �You broke it off with me, not the other way around. I�m extremely happy with Zelena, and what happened between us is gone. I still consider you a friend but nothing more.� She nodded at what he was saying, but the tear fell from her face. �I should be getting back to my table.� She grabbed his arm, as he stood and he looked at her in shock. She stood up, and winced. He saw pain sear across her face and he grew concerned. �Are you okay?� She nodded with her eyes closed. �Daija. Are you hurt?� She didn�t answer but ran out of the pub with tears pouring down her face. He glanced at Zelena and ran after Daija. �What�s going on?� Goten whispered to Zelena. He saw jealousy, curiosity and pain mixed in her eyes and he felt bad. She shrugged and continued to drink her drink. When she finished hers she went on to Oterro�s warming beer, then ordered another. <><><><><> Her back was facing him, and he put a hand on her shoulder. She yelped and pulled away. This wasn�t normal, and he moved her hair off of the place that he put his hand. He pulled her shirt away enough to see a big bruise. �What the�.� She sobbed harder and pulled away from. �Who did this?� She shook her head and buried her face in her hands. �DAIJA.� Someone bellowed from the parking lot. Oterro saw a huge well-built guy stalking up to them. Daija started shaking in fear and she backed up. �You whore.� He shouted at her and drew back a fist. Oterro grabbed it before, the guy could throw it. �Get off me.� He roared at Oterro. �What�s the matter? Afraid to fight a man, instead of a defenseless woman?� Oterro taunted with hatred. He couldn�t believe someone would do this to her. Despite the fact that she broke up with him, she was still kind hearted and definitely didn�t deserve this. �You little prick.� He growled at Oterro. �This is none of your damn business.� Then he turned to Daija. �You fucking him you little slut?� Oterro had enough of the verbal abuse and he swung a hit at the giant. Then he stood up to see a trickle of blood run down the giant�s mouth. �You think your man enough to take me on? Then let�s do it.� Oterro followed the giant out to the parking lot and took a fighting stance. Inside Zelena was getting anxious not knowing what was going, then she felt his power rise. Zelena, Goten, and Toma jumped up and went out the door to see what was going on. When they exited the pub they saw Oterro beating the shit out of some big burly guy. Blinded by rage, Oterro threw out every technique that came to mind. The other guy was bigger, but a lot slower and couldn�t dodge the hits. Oterro had him pinned to the parking lot with his palm drawn back threatening to land it at the guys nose to be shoved up into the brain. A move that he knew would cause instant death. Toma gasped when he saw what Oterro was about to do. �You EVER, touch her again and I will kill you. Do you hear me?� The giant groggily nodded his bloody head. �Now stay the fuck away from her.� He jumped up and walked off trying to calm himself. He saw Daija and walked over to her, fully aware his mate and friends were watching. �Daija?� he said softly. �You have the chance now to get away from this guy. If you go back, he will only beat you again. Do you understand me?� She nodded with wide and teary eyes. �I started it for you, but you need to help yourself now.� He patted her head then walked off to Zelena. �Oterro?� She called after him, and he turned around before going back inside. �Thank you.� She didn�t wait for a response but took off to her car to begin her new life. He explained to the group what went on, and Zelena hugged him fiercely. �You�re my hero.� She purred in his ear, and he smiled. The group slowly relaxed and started back up with their conversations. Oterro saw Toma slip something in Marron�s champagne glass and he knew what it was. Toma gave him a wink. They watched as Marron brought the glass up to her lips. The ring almost made it, but she took it away before it touched her lips. Both guys exhaled the big breath they had sucked in. Everyone else was busy conversing to notice the two guys staring intently at Marron and her glass. After a minute she went to take another sip. The guys sucked back in a big breath of air, and they watched as the ring slowly went towards her lips. It lodged between the slit that she had made, and she dropped the champagne glass in surprise as something tried to go into her mouth. The glass shattered on the ground, which quieted the entire bar. She spit the thing in her hand and looked at it. She was stunned. Tears started to form in her eyes when she looked back up at Toma. He dropped a napkin on the floor and knelt in front of her. He took the ring out of her hand and asked the question, �Marron will you marry me?� He said barely audible, as he slid the ring on her long finger. She stared at it, and the tears spilled down her cheeks. She lunged into his arms and started sobbing. �Does this mean yes?� �YES! I WILL MARRY YOU. I LOVE YOU TOMA!� She shouted, and the entire bar roared. The guys got up to congratulate Toma, and the girls hugged Marron. �OKAY, WONDERFUL IDEA FORMING.� Bra shouted to the group. They all sighed. �HOW DOES TRIPLE WEDDING SOUND?� The group went into shock. They all took a seat as they thought about this. �It�s perfect.� She added with a nod. �Bra we haven�t even discussed a date, or anything.� Toma defended. He thought Marron would run at the actual committing to a date. He had to take his time with her, and he did so patiently. Marron grabbed his arm and she looked at Bra and Zelena, �You mean it, you wouldn�t mind us getting married with you?� She asked breathlessly. She turned her head back to Toma who was wide eyed. �Can we Toma? It would be perfect.� He smiled lovingly at her, and nodded. �What ever your hearts desire, I will provide.� He whispered in her ear. She hugged him fiercely. �That settles it. A triple wedding you guys. This is going to be awesome.� Bra cried. The baby kicked with his/her mother�s excitement, and Bra gasped as she put her hand to where she felt the kick. Trunks was the closest to her, for Goten was over by Toma congratulating him. �What�s wrong Bra? Are you okay?� He sat her down in the chair, and everyone turned to look at her when they heard Trunks become alarmed. �The baby kicked.� She whispered, and she put her brothers hand to her stomach. He felt a little twinge and looked at her in surprise. �GOTEN THE BABY KICKED� she shrieked, and Goten flew over to the other side of Trunks. He felt his baby move and he felt like crying. He held the tears back and hugged his mate tight. �I can�t believe I�m going to be a father.� He whispered in her ear. The group settled back down around the table, and everyone , except Bra who drank water only, brought up their champagne glasses and made a toast to the new engagement, and the baby kicking. The group chatted about the upcoming events, and making plans to shop for wedding dresses. Zelena rested her head on Oterro�s shoulder, and she felt a little dizzy. �I think I had a little too much to drink.� She whispered in his ear. �I�m ready to get you alone.� Oterro jumped up and announced that they were leaving. Zelena hugged Marron again, then went over to pat Bra�s stomach and gave her a hug too. Everyone said goodbye and the couple left the bar. �I would say they are the most romantic and intense couple among us. The way they always whisper, and hold each other.� Bra sighed dreamily. Everyone nodded in agreement. �Hey Trunks, how are they at work. I mean you can see the lust in their eyes, are they behaving?� �Actually I believe they are. Every time I�ve come in they were both working diligently. The only thing I ever saw was that she watched him work, when she didn�t have any. As long as they are productive I don�t really care. They just amaze me.� Everyone agreed upon that last statement. �You and Goten have to be the oddest couple in our group.� Toma teased. Everyone laughed but agreed. �And that leaves Marron and Toma. The most unlikely couple to have become.� Trunks added his observation. <><><><><> Their car was parked in a dark spot in the far corner of the parking lot, and they slowly made their way to it. �Oterro, I don�t think I can make it.� She grinned at him dizzily. He knew exactly what she meant, and he swept her up and helped her into the car. She reclined his seat and climbed on top of him. She undid his pants, lifted her skirt and took off her underwear. She easily slid him in to her and she groaned with painful pleasure. His hands were on her hips controlling the speed of the thrusts. When she was going too fast he slowed her down; he groaned wanting it to last long. They heard a group of people laughing as they came out of the bar. She turned around and saw them going to their cars. They might have glanced in their direction but there was no way they could see in the car, all the same she bent down and laid on top of him continuing the thrusts. The thrusting got harder and faster, and they were panting heavily. She sat back up, and threw her head back at the onset of her orgasm. Between watching her, and the sex he exploded. She rested on his chest listening to his rapid heartbeat. They had to constantly feed their insatiable appetite for one another, and they never grew tired of it. She rested her head in his lap as he drove them home. The console dug in her side, but him stroking her hair made her not care. �I love you Oterro.� �I love you too Zelena.� <><><><><> Two months passed and the wedding was only a month away. Zelena and Oterro got into a comfortable routine of work, and their personal life. Linhe was disappointed that her daughter quit college, but was happy that she at least gave it a try. When Zelena explained to her mother about the day that made her decide to quit, Linhe started to suspect something. Nothing should ever have been able to block their bond. She started to wonder, and she decided to go to the island where she had left Brenda. It had been six months since the incident, but she thought she would go anyway. She walked the shoreline and the waves gently lapped at her feet. She absentmindedly kicked at some driftwood while walking. After ten minutes she was about to leave when saw a big black spot in the sand about ten feet from where she stood. There was natural debris strewn about, and it looked like soot covered the sand. She knelt down, and picked up a grain of the black sand. Rubbing it between her fingers she thought maybe it would come off. Upon closer inspection she saw that the sand had been singed. She was perplexed. She started kicking at the debris, and a burnt skull went skidding across the sand. She saw red strands of curly hair still clinging to it. She smiled when she knew it was Brenda�s skull, but she was still confused as to the big black spot in the sand. She grabbed a handful of the sand to take back to her lab with her for closer examination. The grains were enigmatic. The only chemical that she could determine was sulfur, the rest was foreign. She didn�t like this one bit. �Brenda is dead. But her heart was so evil and enraged, could she have come back as something darker and more sinister. How can it be that my children�s bond was blocked? Who or what could ever have that much power?� She said to herself. She jotted all of these questions down in her notebook, along with theories, and facts. She worked all night, until Raditz came to get her. �There�s my mate. Why aren�t you home yet? Working on another experiment to earn yet another noble prize?� He teased. �Not exactly. I�m just puzzled over something, and I can�t figure it out.� She sighed and turned around to face him. �Well come home, because my arms are aching to hold you. Plus you should take a break, and you know when you do you will solve your problem.� He smiled at her. She closed her eyes and fell into his arms. �Take me home.� She purred. He picked her up and flew them home. <><><><><> Oterro and Zelena entered the building and headed to their office. As she set her stuff down on her desk she noticed something was missing. �Kami. Oterro I left my ring on the kitchen sink.� She cried. �I have to go get it.� She was so upset with herself for not putting it back on after doing the dishes. �Zelena you can put it on when we get home. It�s alright.� She shook her head feverishly. �You don�t understand. I have to have it on. It means a lot to me. I�ll fly home, and be back within minutes.� She kissed Oterro then left the office before he could protest any further. He smiled and went to work. He was concentrating so hard that he didn�t notice that she had been gone for three hours. When he looked at his watched he got up to see if she wanted to do lunch. When he got to her desk he saw that it was exactly like it was when they first came in. A lump formed in his throat when he realized she had never returned. He called Linhe to see if she had seen her. �No Oterro, haven�t seen her since the other day. What�s wrong?� He felt weak. He started to sweat, and reached out with his mind and soul to try and find her. All he felt in return was cold blackness, and he shivered. �Something�s wrong mom. I can�t feel her.� Linhe�s heart stopped. �It�s a horrible feeling I get when I try to find her.� �Get Raditz, and let�s start looking for her.� Linhe demanded. They hung up the phone. �Mom, what�s wrong. Something wrong with Zelena?� Akira asked hearing the concern from his mother. �Zelena�s disappeared for three hours. Oterro can�t find her. You know that is totally not her. Come on Akira we have to help find her, I think something evil has come back to haunt them.� She said yanking him out of the lab. She explained what she had found, and he looked perplexed as she had upon the discovery. <><><><><> Her body was pressed to the wall, flattened by an unseen force. She tried to fight and raise her power, but it had complete control over her body. It was starting to force its way into her mind, but Zelena struggled hard. It pulsated around her growing angry, and it flung Zelena across the drab and colorless house. Whatever it is it absorbed the bright lights and color that filled the house, making it dingy and dark. The force of the throw knocked the Saiyan unconscious, and the black mass waited for her long lost love to come back to her. She calmed herself and waited while gaining back her strength. She had to leave a piece of her in Zelena, so Oterro couldn�t detect her. <><><><><> Raditz met up with Linhe and Akira, and they flew over to Oterro�s house. Oterro drove over to Bra�s, and then Marron�s seeing if maybe they had seen her. <><><><><> �Do you feel that?� Raditz whispered as they got nearer to the house. �What the hell is it?� �I think its Brenda.� Linhe answered her mate. Raditz burst through the door splintering it against its hinges. �ZELENA?� he yelled. The house felt weird to him, and he slowly entered. It felt like he stepped inside a vacuum. The air was thick, and the coloring was off. He scanned the house for Zelena, as Linhe and Akira came up behind him. He saw the top of his daughters head slumped between the couch and the wall. As he ran towards her he was punched back. They heard an evil hiss, as he made contact with the wall behind him. Linhe powered up and tried to tackle the black mass that had now collected itself. Linhe flew back into Raditz, and he caught her before she knocked them both down. �How do you like me now.� The black aura hissed. It pulsated and throbbed in front of the three Saiyans. �I still think you�re a bitch, and I�m going to send you back to hell where you came from once and for all.� Linhe roared. The mass stopped talking, Linhe could tell it took energy away to converse or do anything. �Raditz, its power can�t hold for to long. If we tire it out, we can get Zelena and blow the house up.� She whispered so low in his ear that if he was not Saiyan he never would have heard. Akira, Raditz and Linhe started hitting the black mass with Ki blasts, and it just absorbed them. �Thank you, please give me more of your energy.� It hissed, and then roared when the three stopped. It started towards the Saiyans attempting to drain them of their energy. Speed was their only defense, Akira and Linhe toyed with it while Raditz was able to sneak by to get his daughter. He lifted her up and burst through the window before the Brenda thing could figure out what he had done. It writhed and bubbled, and one of its tentacles whipped out and caught Akira as he dodged around it. It grabbed him and yanked him into its blackness, draining him as Linhe tried desperately to get her son out. Raditz heard the yell as his son�s life force was being drained, and he put Zelena down and headed back into the house. Linhe and Raditz grabbed Akira and started to yank him out of the clutches. He blacked out and slumped to the floor. �LEAVE MY BABIES ALONE.� Linhe screamed and she started to shake the foundation as she radiated the bright yellow hue, and muscles started bulging everywhere. This slowed her down, she realized, and she had to power down so she could use agility and speed. She started flying around the being, to confuse it and hopefully it would use its energy to try and get her. Raditz grabbed his son, and carried him out of the house. He met Goku and Goten outside. �What�s going on?� Goku asked. �What�s that strange force were feeling?� �It�s something from hell. Goten can you go get some senzu beans?� He didn�t wait for an answer but went back into the house. He saw his mate taunting the black mass, trying to wear it down. He chased after her, and trying to help. Oterro pulled up and saw Zelena and Akira lying on the ground unconscious. Goku was leaning over them to make sure they were alright. �What happened?� He gasped as he went over to Zelena. She started to open her eyes, and there was fury in them. �That bitch is back.� She said as she sat up and attempted to stand. Her head throbbed and it made her sit back down. Goku left the group and ran inside. Both Raditz and Linhe were toying with the black mass and it was growing tired. Goku powered up, put his palms together and pulled them back �KAAAAAAME���HAAAAAAME��� �No Kakarrot. STOP.� Shouted Linhe. �AHAAAAAAAAA� He threw the blast at the black mass as Raditz and Linhe dodged for the broken window. The house blew up with the black mass in it. Goku managed to release his blast and move before it took him with it. Oterro shielded Zelena from the explosion, and held her tightly. Everyone looked up as the sky started to grow dark. The black mass had grown and was hovering over everyone. �Thank you Goku.� It echoed in the woods. �I needed that.� Zelena jumped up into the air attempting to fight it. �NO ZELENA.� Cried Oterro. �Form yourself and fight me like a real woman.� Zelena shouted at it. The thing grabbed Zelena and slung her to the ground. It laughed as it saw Zelena make a crater from impact. Zelena moaned and hopped out of the crater. The thing swooped down towards Zelena and disappeared within her. Zelena�s body jolted. The whites of her eyes went black, and her skin started to get a black hue to it. �Use your bond.� Shouted Linhe to Oterro. Ottero went over to the now possessed Zelena. He started talking to her mentally. �Come on Zelena, you know I love you and only you. You have to fight that thing out of you. Don�t let it win. FIGHT HER ZELENA.� He shouted in her mind. He stood still and closed his eyes. He reached for her heart and mind, and felt her presence being restrained by the thing. He searched harder and deeper. �There you are. Come on out sweetheart. It�s me Oterro and I need you to come with me and fight.� His body began to shake, and he slowly sank to his knees, then his hands. Linhe and Raditz rushed over to him, while Goku kept watch over Zelena, who was standing still over Oterro. He could actually see her being surprised by blackness, and he waded through to get to her. �That�s it Zelena, come on.� �NOOOOOOOOOO� a scream seared through his head, and he clutched at the sides grimacing in pain. Raditz jumped up and grabbed his daughter by the shoulders. �ZELENA. FIGHT THIS, KILL HER.� He shouted as he shook her. <><><><><> �You might be able to have my body, but you can never have my heart or soul. They belong to someone else.� Zelena mentally said to the being in her body. �Oterro loves only me, and will never love you. So...get...out.� Her body started to convulse, and it shook as the black thing was forced out of her. Zelena fell to the ground beside Oterro. He groaned and rolled his head to face her. Linhe sensed it�s weakness and took advantage, she flew up and started circling it again. The black mass was growing smaller and smaller as it tried to defend itself from the Saiyan. �Now Kakarrot. Blast it now.� Linhe yelled. She new it wouldn�t be able to withstand a blast that strong. He did his Kamehameha attack, and vaporized the black dot. Goten had given Akira a senzu bean, and he was now up and standing over his sister and her mate, along side all the others who were there gazing down at the two. Goten gave each of them a bean, and they stood up within seconds. They held each other tightly, eyes closed tightly. She pulled away and looked over at where the house used to be, and she started bursting out laughing. �What�s so funny?� Asked a confused Goku. She pointed at the wreckage, and grabbed her side as it cramped from the laughter. Goten wasn�t laughing that was his house sitting in shambles. He hung his head in defeat. Oterro put a hand on his shoulder, and gave off a little laugh. �That�s alright Zelena. That was Goten�s house anyway.� He said teasingly. Everyone looked at him like he was crazy. Then they looked at the sad Goten. �What�s going on?� Raditz demanded. �What do you mean that was Goten�s house?� Oterro drew in a deep breath and sighed. �Come on I have a surprise for you. It wasn�t completely finished but it will do.� He led them all through the woods. About a half-mile away the anxious group saw a beautiful house standing solid in front of them. Zelena turned to her mate with wide eyes. �How�when�what�Oterro?� She was at a loss. �It�s the chalet.� She finally said breathlessly. He picked her up and carried her over the threshold as everyone followed them in. �This is exactly like the chalet.� Goten and Akira whispered. �Unbelievable.� Raditz, Linhe, and Goku were stumped they never saw the chalet before so they had no idea what they were talking about. �There�s still some work to be done. But I think it�s livable.� He smiled down at Zelena who was scanning their new home. He set her down so she could explore it. �The living room, fireplace, oh the winding staircase, kitchen, and��.� She ran to the back and saw the hot tub on the deck. �Oh Oterro.� She ran back to him and lunged into his arms. Raditz went over and pulled his daughter from Oterro. �Zelena are you alright? You had me scared.� He pulled her to him and hugged her fiercely. �I�m fine father. Thank you.� She smiled. She gave her father a kiss, and he let her go. She went to her mother and gave her a big hug and kiss. �Don�t worry Goten, I�m sure Bra can get you another capsule home. Her mother is the owner after all.� Goku said laughing. They all laughed. �Let�s go. Glad you guys are alright.� He put his arm around Goten�s shoulder and led them out. �Yeah I guess we should be going to.� Raditz said. �Take care daughter, and take care of her Oterro.� He smirked as he grabbed his mate�s hand to leave. Akira gave his sister a hug before leaving. �Thanks Akira.� She whispered in his ear. He smiled at her and flew out of the house. She slowly turned around to stare at her mate. She leapt into his arms and held on tightly. �I saw you in me. I felt so safe even in all that blackness.� She shivered when she thought about that mass being in her body. �I heard you. You called to me. Was that real or just a dream?� �I was there.� He whispered in her ear. �I will always be there.� He gave her a deep sensual kiss. �Aren�t you tired of buying new wardrobes?� She said when they finished kissing. He sighed at the thought. �Damn, I had some of my�� She stopped remembering her ring. �Oterro my ring. We have to go find it.� She grabbed his hand and pulled him in the direction of their old home. They started clearing away the debris around where the kitchen would have been. They saw the sink, but no ring. She sank to her knees, and began digging frantically. His heart bled for her, but he knew they were never going to find it. It started to get dark and they still haven�t found it. �Zelena. Come on sweetheart. It�s getting dark.� He grabbed her shoulder, and she stopped. She looked up at him with tears in her eyes. �But�� He helped her up and they headed over to the car. �I want my ring.� She sobbed as he put her in the car. He closed the door and saw something flicker by his foot. He bent down and picked up, a smile spread across his face and he shook his head in disbelief. �I�ll be damned.� He whispered. He walked to the other side and got in. She was still crying, but she was calming down. He grabbed her hand and brought it to him. He slipped the ring back on her finger, and her face brightened. �Where did you find it?� she said breathlessly. �By the car of all places. Something wants you to have this ring awfully bad.� He smiled warmly at her, and she kissed him. <><><><><> They slept on the floor in front of the blazing fireplace. Because the house wasn�t exactly finished, it was void of furniture and other essentials. The fire kept them warm, and at least the carpet provided some cushion. But they really didn�t care. They just held each other in their arms and slept. |
