| She opened her eyes and saw that he was dressed in a suit. She frowned. �Where are you going?� �Good morning.� He smiled warmly at her. �How are you feeling?� She shrugged. He sat down beside her and gave her a hug. �Trunks called and asked if I was up to coming to work.� �And you were just going to go without telling me?� Her heart hurt. �Absolutely not.� He kissed her tenderly on the forehead. She got up out of bed and headed towards the bathroom. �What are you doing?� �I�m going with you.� She replied as matter of factly. He was about to protest but knew that she had made up her mind. <><><><><> After his meeting with Trunks, he worked diligently at his desk. She sat behind him watching faithfully. The fax machine rang then hummed as papers started pouring from it. She walked over to get it and he intercepted. �You know what Zelena-chan? I really need this to be typed.� He said as he handed her a piece of paper. She took it from him and went back to her desk. He wiped away the bead of sweat that had formed on his forehead. He grabbed the fax and started looking over the proposal. He nodded in satisfaction. The floor plan was perfect, and everything else seemed to be in order. He read over it in its entirety when the phone rang. �Oterro-chan, it�s Mr. Roberts on line 1.� She said as she popped her head in his office. Then she quickly left and shut the door as she went. She hated doing that but, he had to have his workspace. She finished her typing job and noticed that Oterro was still on the phone. She decided to call Bra. �Hey Bra. I forgot to call you.� �Hey yourself. What are you doing? More importantly how are you feeling?� She snickered. �I�m fine why do you ask?� �Well the last time I saw you, you were out of sorts.� �You were there yesterday? Good grief. Well let�s not discuss it, I don�t remember anything and I probably don�t want to.� She sighed. �Now I�m calling because my mom wanted me to tell you to come over and give some blood. She needs to adjust the strength to your own makeup.� She noticed the line in use indicator had gone off, which told her that Oterro was now off the phone. �I�ve got to go Bra. Don�t forget to come over.� She said good-bye and hung up. Oterro exited the office and was putting on his jacket. �I�ve got to go for a meeting over in Gingertown. I�ll be back in probably 2 hours.� He lied. He was going to meet the builder to fine tune the contract then sign it so they can get started. �I guess I�ll go over to another department to see if I can be of any assistance.� �Alright, see you later.� He left the office. Bra poked her head in before Zelena could leave the office. �Hey what are doing at work? I saw Oterro.� �Well we feel fine, and he wanted to come. I don�t want to be by myself so I decided to go with him. Have you seen my mom yet?� �No I saw Oterro, and he told me you were here. You wanna grab lunch when I�m done?� �Well I was going to see if maybe Trunks could use some admin support. I heard he had tons of work. So I�m going to pass.� Bra shrugged and they walked out of the office together. They said good-bye as they went in opposite directions. �Hi Trunks.� She said as she saw him going into his office. �Well hey Zelena. What brings you up here?� �Oterro went to a meeting, and I thought I would see if maybe I could provide you with support.� �I�m sure I�ve got plenty of things for you to do.� Zelena followed him in his office and he handed her a big stack of papers to type up and create files for. She went back to her office to start on the stack. <><><><><> �Hi Aunt Linhe.� Bra said �Hi Bra-chan. So you�re here to prevent pregnancy huh? Well come in and let me get some blood.� She ushered Bra into another lab and started the task. As she finished she gave Bra some final instructions. �After I figure how much of a dosage you need, then I will call you to come get a shot. This shot is done monthly, so you will need to keep track and remind me. Okay?� Bra nodded her head. �Did Oterro tell you yet?� �Tell me what?� �Well, when we went shopping the other day, he and Goten went off by themselves and Oterro dragged him into a jewelry store to look at rings.� �Are you serious?� She whispered. �I�m not supposed to say anything. So please don�t let it slip to Zelena. Goten will kill me.� She kissed her aunt and left the room. Linhe was so happy for her daughter. She beamed when she thought about making wedding arrangements. Even though it was a human�s ceremony, she has been to them and they are quite beautiful. She envisioned her daughter in one those long white gowns, and she beamed with pride. <><><><><> Zelena finished with the work from Trunks, and had returned it. Oterro still hasn�t come back, and she was bored. An idea popped into her head. She wrote a note for Oterro and left it taped to his door. Then she left CC, and flew back home to set her plan into motion. She feverously worked in the kitchen, cooking him a big dinner. She went into the bathroom and took a shower while the dinner was cooking. She slipped into a little black sleeveless dress and put her hair up. She dabbed perfume on her neck, wrists, and chest, then applied some makeup. She left the bedroom carrying her high heels in one hand waiting till the last minute to put those on because she still hated to wear them. The dinner was almost ready, and she set the table with dinnerware and candles. The radio was turned on and classical music flowed from it making her hum along with the piece. She looked for champagne but didn�t find any, instead she found a bottle of Merlot in one of the cabinets and popped it open to let it breathe. She laughed at herself for she had only known about that from watching it on TV. She looked at the clock and noticed that he was due to arrive any minute. She quickly set the food on the table, turned off all of the lights, and lit the fireplace. His car pulled up and her heart began to race. She slipped on the shoes and waited by the door for him. �Mmmm. It smells good in here. And I�m not talking about the food.� He smiled at her. She lunged into his arms and gave him a long kiss. She dragged him to the table and sat beside him. �What are you up to you little vixen? I mean high heels even.� He said as he looked down at her feet. She put some meat on her fork and fed it to him. He returned the gesture. �Kami, you cook good.� �I know, I just wish I could learn to like it.� She sighed. �I missed you horribly. I don�t think I like being away from you. So I have a brilliant idea.� �Oh yeah, let�s hear this plan. I�m sure I will love it.� She laughed. �Okay, you�re not going to go to work anymore, and we are just going to hole up here for eternity, never to leave.� She got up, sat on his lap, and removed his suit jacket. Then she started to feed him and herself. He took a sip of the red wine, and she kissed him. After they finished eating he grabbed his jacket and took something out of the inner pocket. She was about to get off of his lap, when he grabbed her to stay. �I have something for you.� He whispered. He opened the black velvet box and the ring sparkled in the candlelight. Her eyes widened as far as they could. He took it out of the box, and slipped it on her finger. She held it out and let the candlelight dance off the diamonds. Then she stood up and straddled him. She lifted her dress a little so she could sit back down. She wrapped her arms around his neck and gazed into his big blue eyes. Then she mouthed I love you. He kissed her passionately and lifted her up, she wrapped her legs around his waist as he took them over to the fireplace. She put her feet down on the ground so they could undress each other. He bent down, and lifted one of her feet high enough so he could take off her shoe. Then did the same to the other side. He ran his hands up her smooth and muscular legs till his hands were lifting her dress. He brought it up over her head, since she wasn�t wearing a bra, she was left only in a pair of black panties. He slowly pulled those down, and she kicked them off. He stood up and looked at her total nakedness. �How did I get such a beautiful creature?� he whispered as he made love to her with his eyes. She walked up to him and unbuttoned his shirt, and threw it on the couch. She bent down and removed his socks and shoes, then undid his pants. He reached for her, and she pulled away. �No. Now it�s my turn to drink you up.� She said dead serious. She removed his silky boxers and they fell to the floor. She crossed her arms under her breasts and stared at him as he had done. A smile crept up on his face. They slowly walked back to each other. She kissed the scar on his chest as her hands explored his back. He gently massaged the bone where her tail used to be and she groaned. Then he reached up and pulled the pin out of her hair. She shook her head to let the hair fall down around her. It covered her breasts and he pushed all the strands to her back. Holding on to each other they slowly sank to the floor. He rolled her onto her side, facing away from him and he kissed her back as he lifted her top leg so he could enter from behind. �Oterrrrooooo.� She moaned, and he had to fight back the urge to climax. One hand cupped her breast gently messaging, and the other worked her clitoris as he thrust deep inside her. He buried his head in the nape of her neck and inhaled the shampoo mixed with perfume scent. He clenched his teeth and tried desperately to hold back, then he felt her reaching her orgasm and decided to let it go. They both moaned in unison and allowed the pleasure to envelope them. She turned back around to lay on the other side, still in contact with his body. The fire�s warmth replaced his. I hate that word, because it can�t possibly mean what I truly feel.� She now understood what her mother and father were talking about. �Your everything to me Zelena. My breath, my blood, my soul, my entire being. I could never ever live without you.� He whispered this in her ear, for it was meant for her and only her. A tear formed in her eye, and it spilled when she opened them. He saw the tear and smiled. She started shaking in his arms uncontrollably. He held her tighter. �Don�t ever let me go, goose.� She whispered in a shaky voice. �Never.� He whispered back. <><><><><> It was the weekend, and they stayed in bed for all of Saturday only getting up to take showers, brush their teeth, or eat. The phone never rang, and no one ever came by, which was fine with them. That is until Sunday morning. �Yeah.� He answered the phone irritated that someone was calling and interrupting him and Zelena. �Ew are we grouchy?� Bra said on the other end. �We�ve been worried over here, we just wanted to make sure you guys were alive.� She retorted, getting angry that he would talk to her like that. He felt bad for doing that, but he and Zelena were just so engrossed with each other that this interruption just angered him. �I�m sorry Bra, I stubbed my toe.� He lied, and smiled when Zelena stifled a giggle. He elbowed her to stop or he was going to bust out laughing. She only giggled harder. �Do you want to talk to Zelena?� Zelena stuck her tongue out at him, for she didn�t want to talk to anyone. �Did you break your toe? Are you okay?� She said in a concerned voice. He put his hand over the mouthpiece and took the phone away from his head and he leaned into Zelena and busted out laughing. He couldn�t talk to her anymore so he handed the phone to Zelena. �Hey Bra.� She said choking down the laugh. �What is going on over there?� Bra was getting agitated now. �I�m sorry cousin. How are you?� �It�s obvious that I interrupted something, so I will be brief. Mom is having a get together today and we want you guys there.� She said quickly. �Um, okay, what time?� Oterro was shaking his head no, desperately trying to get her to retract. �Alright see you then.� And she hung up the phone. Oterro let out a growl. �I�m sorry what was I supposed to do? Everyone is going to be there.� �I think I need to take you away again.� She nodded in agreement. <><><><><> They left the house and headed towards Bulma�s. �So when do you want to get married?� She asked, as she leaned against him. �I really haven�t thought about that. I just bought the ring, and I didn�t plan on giving it to you this soon but Friday night was just so�� he groaned at the pleasures of that night and he felt an erection. They hadn�t left the woody area yet and he pulled over. She knew exactly what he was doing, and she hopped out of the car. They met half way around the car, and she unbuttoned and unzipped his jeans as he reached up under her sundress to remove her panties. They kissed wildly as he laid her down on the car. The hood threatened to cave in under the strain of their lovemaking. She writhed underneath him and it massaged at him sending him into his orgasm. They laughed at what they had done. �Are we crazy or what?� he said still laughing. He helped her up, and saw the look of seriousness in her face. �Not crazy. Bra had given them a look that made Zelena feel guilty. She ran over to them as they approached. She saw something flicker off of Zelena�s hand and the look was replaced with delight. She screamed and everyone turned their attention, as they saw Bra hugging Zelena. �I can�t believe it. This is so amazing. Look everyone.� She dragged Zelena by the ringed hand and held it up for everyone to see. Oterro followed dutifully behind and felt sorry for his mate. Congratulations rang through the air and Zelena had more hugs then she could count. Oterro�s back had been slapped raw, but he didn�t mind. �So when�s the big day?� Gohan asked. �Well we haven�t set one yet.� Oterro answered. Bra whispered something to Goten, and he smiled. She new he approved so she went to talk to Zelena and Oterro. �Goten and I would like it if maybe you got married with us.� She waited for some kind of reaction. Zelena and Oterro both thought that was perfect. �That would be great.� Zelena said breathlessly. �But don�t you want that to be your day?� Bra shrugged that off, if that was the case she wouldn�t have asked. �A double wedding.� She let out a breathy whisper. She loved the idea. She went to tell her mom. Bulma looked at the other two and her eyes brightened. �That�s a wonderful idea. Linhe what do you think?� She busted out laughing. �What do I think?� Laughing some more. �I wonder how you�re going to handle another woman wanting to make plans.� This sent everyone into a fit of laughter. Vegeta snorted and disgustedly walked away. The thought of having to go to this wedding was bad enough even if it was his daughter, but to have two in progress was too much for him to bear. Goku walked up to him. �Vegeta, for once in your miserable life can�t you be somewhat enthusiastic? Don�t you think your daughter would like to see you happy for her?� �Go away Kakarrot. Don�t you have some higher level to achieve?� He growled. He watched Goku leave. He was very happy for his daughter, he could care less about the happiness of the other two. He just wanted Bra to be happy. He decided that he would tell her something soon. Raditz watched his daughter the entire time. Oterro had never left her side, and she never left his. He watched in amazement. �What are you thinking about?� Linhe asked her mate. �Look at those two. They glow. I�ve never seen anything like it. The power that radiates from them is incredible.� She was amazed at him. Then she looked at her daughter and son and saw what he was talking about. They held each other and observed. �So Zelena, are still going to major in music?� Gohan asked. Obviously he touched a nerve. He saw her face grow into pain. �Are you okay.� �Zelena what�s wrong?� Asked a concerned Oterro. �I� I don�t think I can go to college.� She whispered. Oterro knew why, but Gohan was perplexed. �Well why not? Your passion for music, I thought was everything.� �Everything�s changed Gohan. I couldn�t possibly go now.� She said in an anguished trance. She thought about having to be away from him and started to feel sick to her stomach. Oterro grabbed her around the waist to steady her. �I�m sorry Zelena, I didn�t mean to upset you.� Gohan said. �It�s alright Gohan. We just haven�t talked about that right now.� Gohan nodded at Oterro, and quickly left before he did anymore damage. Zelena turned to Oterro, her eyes wide with fright. �I don�t think I can do it Oterro.� He hugged her tightly and whispered in her ear. Raditz had tensed when he saw the hurt on Zelena�s face and he wanted to know what was going on. He calmly walked over to Gohan, who was obviously distraught about the conversation. �What happened Gohan?� Still remaining calm. �I just asked if she was still majoring in music and she looked terrified. I�m sorry I didn�t mean to upset anyone.� Raditz put a hand on Gohan�s shoulder. �Everyone knows you wouldn�t do anything to hurt someone.� Goku came over to see what was going on, and Raditz walked away to find Linhe. �I�m really worried about those two. They are so insupportable, and I think the thought of either one of them doing something without the other is too much for them to handle. I�ve never seen anything like it. It�s like they�re obsessed with each other.� He shook his head. �Isn�t that unnatural? We were never like that.� �I know. They definitely have a different relationship, but they will be alright.� Linhe said calmly. <><><><><> �I feel like I�m losing control Oterro.� She said whispering in his ear. �Why am I like this? You�re eventually going to tire of this.� He smiled down at her. �Why would I when it�s how I feel too.� �Maybe I need Prozac or something.� They laughed together. �Come on before my family commits me to the funny farm.� They walked hand in hand back to the group. Everyone sat down to eat, of course Zelena and Oterro shared a chair. The table filled with many conversations and laughter. Bra made a plate for her father like she always does, and took it to him. She was about to walk away, when he grabbed her hand. She was stunned. He walked back to the house still holding her hand in one, and the plate in the other. When he got to the kitchen he set the plate down and turned to his daughter. �Are you happy brat?� He said, not viciously either. Her eyes widened and a tear formed in one. She fought it back, for she didn�t want to scare him off. �Yes I am. Very happy father.� He nodded his head in approval and gave her a quick hug. Then he grabbed his plate and flew up stairs. She walked out still stunned, and she allowed the tear to fall. Zelena managed to pull away from Oterro to talk to her mother. She sat down in the grass beside her and noticed that Oterro wasn�t too far away, where he was talking to Goten and Toma. �Mother?� She said thoughtfully. Linhe looked at her daughter and new what she wanted to talk about. She waited for her to continue. �I�m sure you�ve seen how Oterro and I are together. Do you think it�s too much?� She really didn�t know how to express herself at this moment, but she needed her mom right now. �I mean I have this strange feeling in me, it�s weird. I feel like I have to be with him every second of the day. I can handle a couple hours of separation, but after that I start to go crazy. Am I making sense?� �Your father and both noticed. You and Oterro give off an intense power when you�re together. I�ve never seen anything like it before. This is definitely different and new to me. I�m afraid I don�t have much advice to give you.� She drew in a breath of air and released it. �Did you know it was your father who brought back Oterro?� �Really? I never knew. I knew Oterro died. I saw him before I passed out. But father actually did that?� She was shocked. Linhe nodded in confirmation. �Do you know why he did, besides the fact that he does care for Oterro?� She knew Raditz�s real motivation, and decided to share it with her daughter. Hoping that it may help her in some way. �Because we knew that if we brought you back only to find out that Oterro was gone, you would have just taken your own life.� She shivered at the thought of losing her daughter. �Your right. I would have.� �You and Oterro have become one. Your bond is strong and unbreakable. Perhaps you should trust in that bond. Get to know it better, it hasn�t been used because you two are always together.� She smiled at her daughter hoping she didn�t upset her. �Go to College Zelena. If it doesn�t work, then you can always drop it. But you have to try.� Zelena thought about it, and would continue to think about it. �You�re so good at this stuff mom, even when you don�t have the answer you always find it. Thank you.� Linhe kissed her daughter�s forehead then hopped up. She extended her hand and helped Zelena up. Everyone was leaving, and Zelena was looking forward to having the remainder of the evening to themselves. They got into the car and drove off. �You�re quiet.� He said as he drove. �Hmmm?� She smiled at him. �What are you thinking about?� �What my mom and I talked about. Essentially I asked her if I was crazy.� �Are you?� he teased. She laughed. �She reminded me that you and I are now bonded. That I should use that bond to be able to withstand not being around you.� She shuddered at the thought. �And this is a good thing?� He didn�t like the idea of them being separated anymore then she did, but he knew they had to be able to function without each for extended periods of time. He still didn�t like it. �What do you think? I want this to be both of our decisions, and it has to be what we both want. Please don�t think about it as a necessity, but do we want to try.� �I understand. But I need to think about this, and I don�t want to do it right now. I just want to get you home and keep you in bed till tomorrow.� She laughed, and kissed him. <><><><><> The alarm went off the next morning and jolted her out of bed. They groaned as the inevitable was upon them. �Must we?� She asked tenderly. �Afraid so.� He sighed and they got out of bed and showered together. <><><><><> �Akira, I keep coming up positive on this test. Will you redo it and see what you get?� Linhe said as she moved out of her son�s way. He mixed the blood, added a chemical, and waited. The timer went off and he studied it. �It�s as positive as they come. Who�s the lucky or unlucky person?� �Um.� Was all she said, and she left the lab to make a phone call. Akira shook his head and went back to working on his own project. �Bra, sweetie. Can you come down here?� �Sure be right there.� They hung up, and Bra flew off to the building. She walked into the outer lab office and waited for Linhe. Linhe was chewing on her lip as she went to greet her niece. She led Bra into an empty office and prepared herself to break the news. �So, are you going to give me the shot?� Bra chirped. �I�m sorry honey, but you can�t have it.� She sat Bra down on the chair, before she gave the news. �Bra. It�s too late.� �I don�t understand. Why?� She was getting worried, between the look on her aunt�s face and her evasiveness; it was scaring her. �Well, it�s like this. If I gave you that shot, it would kill the life inside you.� She watched Bra to make sure she was going to be alright. Bra raised her hands to her mouth, stood up and started feeling dizzy. Linhe grabbed her and sat her back down. She closed her eyes, and her face brightened before she let out a huge blood-curdling scream. Linhe threw her hands up to her ears, and Akira came bursting through the door. When he saw his mother and Bra, he knew who�s sample that was and he smiled. The scream was heard throughout the building. Heads popped up everywhere, trying to figure out who that was. Bulma saw Trunks bolting from his office and she tried to catch up. �TRUNKS!� she yelled, he stopped to see his mother coming down the hallway. �Where is she? What�s going on?� �I don�t know, but she�s in the labs. Come on.� He grabbed his mother�s hand and dragged her to the labs. When they arrived they saw Bra hugging Linhe. �What�s going on? Bra?� Bulma ran to her. She saw the tears in Bra�s eyes. �M�mom?� She felt weak. She sat back down and saw her brother. �Oh hi Trunks.� She said as if she was drunk. <><><><><> Goten and Vegeta were sparing in the gravity room, when they heard the awful scream. It pierced their sensitive ears, and drove them to the ground writhing in pain. �It�s Bra.� Goten said breathlessly, and he bolted out of the gravity room. He sensed her Ki over at the building and flew as fast as he could. Vegeta could barely keep up. <><><><><> �Mom you know that wedding gown I just got?� Bulma was getting agitated with her daughter�s behavior. She wanted to know what made her scream. Before she could continue Goten threw the door open and flew over to Bra. He kneeled in front of her to see if she was alright. Bra�s eyes widened when she saw him, and she threw her arms around his neck. �We�re going to have a baby.� She whispered in his ear, so no one else could hear. He fell on his butt with Bra in his arms. �I demand to know what this is all about. NOW!� Vegeta roared. Bra got up then helped Goten. �Well Father, you�re going to be a grandfather.� She beamed. THUNK. Vegeta fell to the floor. Ignoring him everyone gathered around Bra and Goten congratulating and hugging the happy couple. Akira went over to assist Vegeta, and he started coming to. �Get your hands off me brat.� Vegeta growled. Akira jumped back as Vegeta shot up to his feet. He eyed Goten, then his daughter. He gave them a smirk, and flew back out the building. �He approves.� Bulma beamed. �Come on Goten, it�s only fair we tell your family too.� She grabbed his hand, and left the room. Goten started coming out of his trance; he swept Bra up into his arms and flew into the air with her. But he wasn�t heading towards his house. �You�re going the wrong way silly.� He just smiled at her. �I have to do this, now.� She rested her head on his chest and submitted to him. He took them to a grassy clearing in the woods, and laid her down beside a babbling brook. He slid her shirt over her head, and lit a Ki on his finger. �It�s time Bra-chan.� He whispered They became mates for life. They didn�t leave right away, instead they made love in the eyes of mother nature. |
