March 2002 Here are my two Driving Licences. Yes, the Netherlands license is quite large (For non-U.S. viewers, a typical U.S. driving licence is about the same size as a VISA credit card), but it has a couple of advantages. It's valid for 10 years (vs. 5 for my Washington State licence) and I get to choose which photo goes on it.
