This is a wonderful band with alot of eclectic songs! Though many have latin beats, it ranges from rap, to salsa, to punk..they do it all. Although we were not too crazy about their latest album, take a listen for yourself.
What can I say about this man?! He is beyond fabulous! If you have been lucky enough to hear his music, well...you know what I mean. Nothing is better than coming home after a hard day, poping the cork on a delicious red wine and sitting in the hammock with his cd playing..or when your ready to go out dancing or clubbing, this cd gets you in the happy go lucky ready to go mood. All the songs are wonderful and it is hard to pick a favorite. Just take a look and a listen and I am sure you will not be disappointed!
If you have a favorite band, let us know...we will check them out and if we are as blown away as you are, we will give them a place here and include your name (and if you have one, your website)! email us: [email protected] or [email protected]

Thanks to Brent Carlson for this recommentdation:
Don't call them OAR...call them "O" "A" "R"...or of a revolution...regardless what you call them, you will love them. This is no cookie-cutter music making band pumping out the typical bubblegum mucic, instead it is a passionate, soul warming explostion of guitars, dark and light lyrics, sax and funk and reggae thrown in for spice. The NY Post once said that their current ablum is jammin and flirts with melodic reggae-laced rock that oils your dancing bone. And dancing you will be when you hear them...it is almost impossible not to groove to them. You don't have to be a rastafarian or from the caribian either...these guys hail from OHIO!! And they can play...Don't believe me, just visit their web page and click the player and choose any album and song and before long the groove will be contagious! Currently I love Hey Girl and Peter's song but I am listening to the other albums and finding more great songs!. Kris and I have yet to see them in concert, but when your purchase there current cd In Between Now and Then, they include a dvd with concert footage. One word of warning, make sure your dvd is hooked up to your speakers because you will want to keep turning it up as you dance along.

This is one of our favorite topics! From Jazz to Pop, to Punk to Soul, our music collection is very eclectic. We will write about many of our favorite artists (even some local unsigned bands) and give possible web sites if available.

One of our current favorites. Actually Bob and his bands have been one of our favorites for almost 2 years now. Bob is acutally a local from Austin Texas and he has several bands (all of whom are wonderful) and has been playing, by choice, in the small venues for roughly 10 years now. There is Bob Schnieder, The Ugly Americans, and The Scabs. If you ever run across an ad that one of these bands are in your town, DO NOT MISS IT! It would definetly be worth the $15.00 (price of most of their shows).
