Biography:
Kazami was an intern at Jyounan University a year behind Hongo Takeshi. Like Hongo Kazami was tutored under Tachibana to become a professional bike racer.
One day Kazami rescued a woman named Junko from being attacked by a monster of Deathtron, Hasami Jaguar (Scissors Jaguar). In turn Hasami Jaguar killed his parents and younger sister Yukiko. Seeking revenge Kazami asked the Double Riders to alter him so he could fight. He was declined at first but later when he infiltrated a Deathtron base to help the riders he was fatally wounded. Using an operating table within the base the Double Riders altered Kazami into Masked Rider V3 to save his life.
After the Double Rider�s death at the hands of Kame Bazooka (Turtle Bazooka) Kazami inheirited their will and began his fight for justice.
After the defeat of Deathtron Kazami left Japan without saying good-bye to anyone.
�Hen � shin � V3!�
Kazami shouts �Hen � shin � V3!� (�Trans � form � V3!�) and throws both his arms at a diagonal to his right and rotates them counter-clockwise until they are a diagonal to his left, then he brings his right arm to his side and his left to his waist, then throws his right arm diagonally to his left and finished. Then his belt Double-Typhoon begins spinning. Kazami then shouts �Tou!� and leapts into the air, Double-Typhoon then absorbs wind-energy. Kazami is surrounded by light from the Double-Typhoon and the Red Lamp and changes into Masked Rider V3.

Other:
V3 inherited strengh from No. 2 and technique from No. 1. He attained fighting abilities that surpass the Double Riders. �V3 Punch� can break through steel doors, �V3 Kick� can crush a tank. V3 can be active underwater for 3 hours and his body contains 26 secrets implanted by the Double Riders.
However V3 has 4 weaknesses. One once uses �Reverse-Double-Typhoon� he cannot re-transform for the next 3 hours. The other 3 were never revealed.

1. Double-Typhoon
The two wind-wheels in his belt, the source of all his power. The right wheel represents Technique and the left wheel represents Strength.
2. Red-Lamp Power
A small red lamp between the two wheels on his belt. When that lamp turns on V3 doubles his strength.
3. Energy Converter
On the left side of his belt, this stores energy for later use.
4,. Super-Antennae
The two antennae on his head. He can communicate with other riders telepathically as well as supposedly project a jamming signal.
5. O-Signal
The red light on his forehead. It can detect monsters from 2km away.
6. Specially Re-enforced Muscles
Muscles made from a specially made fibre. It can even repel bullets.
7. Special Spring Mucles
Muslces implanted on his shoulder that can repel anything. It has even been able to stop a wrecking ball.
8. Cell Enhancing Device
By crossing his together it is activated and his artificial muscles become stronger than steel.
9. Red Bone Power
V3 can power up by concentrating on the Red Bone in his chest.
10. V3 Hopper
In the holster on the left side of his waist. It is a spying gadget in the shape of a dragonfly. It rises to 500m and can see up to 10km, it can read a newspaper from a distance of 5km.
11. Scrable Hopper
A disc shaped device that emits a high frequency sound.
12. Rider Enshin (Centrifugal) Kick
By spinning above an enemy he kicks straight down with the centrifural force attained by it.
13. V3 Screw Kick
In mid-air V3 flips forward and twists himself at the waist and performs a kick.
14. V3 Hanten (Half-Spin) Kick
After kicking an enemy once, he spins again and kicks a second time.
15. V3 Drill Attack
While freefalling V3 spins like a drill and body slams the enemy.
16. V3 barrier
V3 produces a high density energy barrier around himself, while up he can even withstand an electric shock of 10,000 V.
17. Reverse-Double-Typhoon
By spinning both wheels in his belt in revers he releases all of the energy from the belt and blows near by objects and enemies away. However once used Kazami cannot transform for 3 hours.
18. Oxygen Tank
An oxygen tank embedded in his chest.
19. Electro-Eye
He can see light and heat not seen by human eyes.
20. Matric-Eye
X-Ray device implanted in his eyes.
21. Gliding Muffler
By spreading his muffler like wings V3 can glide.
22. Propeller Chop
An attack where he spins his forearm and chops.
23. V3 Thunder
He releases a 100V electric shot from his antennae.
24. Freezer Shot
By absorbing the heat around his body he freezes his enemy.
25. Red Bone Ring
He expands the Red Bone in his chest and becomes like a wheel and charges and enemy.
26. Hibashira Kick (Fire-Pillar Kick)
By kicking while concentrating his energy in his leg he enflames the enemy.

V3 Kick
V3 leaps 60m into the air and flips once and performs a kick.
V3 Kaiten Double Kick (V3 Spinning Double Kick)
After the first flip V3 starts spinning and kicks. After the first kick connects he back flips once and kicks a second time.
V3 Kaiten Full Kick (V3 Spinnign Full Kick)
V3 flips forward in the air 3 times and straightens his body and kicks with both legs.
V3 Double Attack
V3 throws the enemy into the air and connects a V3 kick to its back on the way down.
V3 Kirimomi Kick (V3 Spinning Kick)
V3 spins in the air and connects a kick.
V3 Kirimomi Henten Kick (V3 Spinning Revers Kick)
After connected with the V3 Kirimomi Kick V3 flips and connects a second kick.
V3 Flying Kick
V3 throws the enemy into the air and connects a kick to its stomach with both legs.
V3 Kaiten Sandan Kick (V3 Spin 3-Layer Kick)
After flipping 3 times in the air V3 kicks and flips and kicks, repeating himself twice after the initial kick.
V3 Sky Kick
V3 leaps and backflips right before the enemy and kicks with both legs.
V3 Mach Kick
V3 spreads himself out in mid air and spins like a disc then connects a kick with both legs.
V3 Punch
A standard punch attack.
V3 Triple Punch
V3 punches 3 times rapidly in mid-air.
V3 Chop
A standard chop attack.
V3 Dengeki Chop (V3 Lighting Strike Chop)
V3 concentrates his energy into his hand and chops.
V3 Kirimomi Chop (V3 Spinnign Chop)
V3 spins in mid-air and connects a chop.

An attack where V3 tackles an enemy in mid-air.

V3 Zen Energy Kaihoh (V3 Full Energy Release)
V3 releases all o fthe energy from Double-Typhoon into himself. Similar to �V3 Power.�

Rider Triple Power
Performed by: V3. No. 1, No. 2
No. 1 and No. 2 rider their Cyclones side by side and V3 stands with a leg on the back of each. The three release all their energy and charge into an enemy.
Machine: Hurricane
Maximum Speed: 600 km/h
Engine: Nuclear Engine, 300 horsepower.
A machine made by the Double Riders for Kazami. It usually looks like a normal motorcycle but changes form when Kazami does. Hurricane has a jet booster on either side and can fly for up to 10 hours and can jump several hundred meters. It is also equipped with reverse-boosters and a parachute.

An attack where Rider No. 2 rams an enemy while riding the Cyclone.
Enemy Organization: Deathtron
A secret organization which appeared after the destruction of Gelshocker. Like Gelshocker Deathtron plans on world domination by using altered humans. The Great Leader of Deathtron leads the organization from behind the curtains. At first no executive officers were sent to Japan and monsters acted in pairs and made their own battle plans. The first executive offer was Doktor G sent in from Germany. After his defeat next was Kiba Danshyaku (Baron Fang) and then Tsubasa Daisoushoh (Archbishop Wing). Finally Yoroi Gensui (Marshall Armor) was sent in. In the end even the Great Leader was defeated by V3.
Doktor G
Doktor G is thought to be a former Nazi soldier. He is known as the �Man with the Devil�s Intellect.� He is fully armored and equips a shield and axe. He often executed plans with bacterial weaponry.
In the end he performs the Ceremony of the Souls of Demon Warriors and powers up and fights V3 in the form of Kani-Laser (Crab-Laser). He is defeated with V3 Kirimomi Hanten Kick.
Kiba Danshyaku (Baron Kiba)
He is the second executive officer to come to Japan and is the leader of the Fang Clan. Is is the arch-magician of the �Dohbuh Cult� on the Congo River. Until he was called to Japan he fought the Double Riders in Australia. He was dressed in prehistoric attire and used a fang-shaped spear as a weapon
In the end he takes the form of Kyuketsu-Mammoth (Vampire-Mammoth) and is defeated by V3 Kaiten Sandan Kick.
Tsubasa Daisoshoh (Archbishop Tsubasa)
The third officer to come to Japan. For the past 200 years he was sealed in a temple watching over the Mediterranean Sea. He is the head of a cult started in the Tiber plains called �Manji Cult.� His favorite food is human blood.
In the end he showed his true form as Shibito-Koumori (Undead-Bat) and had his wings torn off by V3 Mach Kick. He then changed into his human form and fell into his casket to explode.
Yoroi Gensui (Marshal Yoroi)
The fourth executive officer to come to Japan. He is the head of the Yoroi Army and is said to be the decendant of Ghengis Kahn. For his own promotion he willingly sacrifices his own allies. He even tried to kill Yuuki Jyoji, a scientist of Deathtron by framing him as a traitor.
In the final battle he showed his true form as Zarigana (derived from Zarigani = Crayfish). After being defeated by V3 Full Kaiten Kick he was executed when he returned to Deathtron HQ.
Machine-Hybrid Monsters
Monsters that appeared until Doktor G�s defeat. Monsters created by combining animal/plant cells into people as well as machines. Their names came from the animal/plant cells and machines used. They were stronger than Gelshocker monsters.
Kiba Clan Monsters
Monsters under Kiba Danshyaku�s leadership. Their motifs were fanged beasts. In the end of their names they had the animal�s name attached.
Tsubasa Army Monsters
Monsters under Tsubasa Daisoushoh�s leadership. Their motifs were winged beasts. Many of them had the ability to fly. Somewhere in their names they had the animal�s name included.
Yoroi Army Monsters
Monsters under Yoroi Gensui�s leadership. Their motifs were armored beasts. Somewhere in their names they had the animal�s name included.
Deathtron Legionnaire
Deathtron�s general soldiers.
Deathtron Legionnaires wore black bodysuits as uniforms and had the image of a scorpion somewhere on their clothing. Also there were white uniforms for scientists and a version for the Leader�s elite forces.
The Leader of Deathtron
Deathtron�s leader.
The leader of Shocker and Gelshocker feigned his death at the Double Rider�s hands and started a new organization Deathtron. In the end he showed a form of himself made from bones and a heart, the heart was his true body. The bones were scattered by V3 Kick and the heart destroyed by V3 Punch.

Tachibana Tobe
He is the leader of the �Children�s Masked Rider Team� as well as Kazami�s coach as an motorcycle racer. On the surface he runs the sports shop �Central.�
Children�s Masked Rider Team
An organization made to assist the Riders in their fight. After their base was destroyed by Hasami-Jaguar they moved to the store �Central.�
Hongo Takeshi (Masked Rider No. 1) & Ichimonji Hayato (Masked Rider No. 2)
Kazami�s seniors as a Rider. They were responsible for saving Kazami�s life as well as altering him into V3. The two have returned to Japan and assisted V3 in a few of his battles.
