Biography:
An warrior that fights to seal away �Undead.� He was scouted by BOARD before Kazuma and has more experience in combat. He gave Kazuya advise in combat and looked after him thus gained a great amount of trust from him. However once he found out that the �mistake� of releasing the Undead was faked he began showing a rebellious attitude. He believes they were released by Torimaru and others.
�Henshin!�
By putting in the A(change) Card into the Garrenbuckle it automatically wraps itself around Sakuya�s waist. He then slowly raises his left hand up and moves it from left to right and shouts �Henshin!� He then thrusts his left hand forward and lowers his right hand and spins the Garrenbuckle around. It then begins the Turn-Up, an energy field is then formed before him. When Kazuma runs through the field the Garren Armor equips around him and he transforms into Masked Rider Garren. By removing the A(change) card Sakuya undoes the transformation.

Like Blade, it is another Rider System made to fight against Undead. He also attains power by sealing away Undead. He has the power of a Stag beetle and uses firearms combat over hand to hand. He lacks Blade�s power but makes up for it in speed.

It has the name �seijyuu� (Gun of Awakening) and is the Rouzer for Garren. It starts at 5500 AP and consumes AP as Rouse Cards are used. Rouse Cards are stored in the back of it.
