Biography:
He is an operative for BOARD, an organization that fights to seal away �Undead� that have been released after 10,000 years. He believes that it his life�s mission to defeat the Undead. He is intelligent as well as trained in combat but his lack of experiences keeps him from reaching his full potential.
After going into training for 2 months for BOARD he was evicted from his apartment for not paying rent. He then moved in with Shirai Toratarou.
�Henshin!�
By putting in the A(change) Card into the Blay Buckle it automatically wraps itself around Kazuma�s waist. He then slowly pushes his right hand forward and spins his wrist quickly and shouts �Henshin!� He then thrusts his left hand forward and lowers his right hand and spins the Blay Buckle around. It then begins the Turn-Up, an energy field is then formed before him. When Kazuma runs through the field the Blade Armor equips around him and he transforms into Masked Rider Blade. By removing the A(change) card Kazuma undoes the transformation.

Other:
One of the Rider Systems created by BOARD to seal away the Undead. By defeating then sealing the Undead in a Rouse Card he can attain a new attack from the card. In other words, by fighting and defeating Undead he gains more power.
Blade has the power of the Heracles Rhinoceros Beetle and also favors sword combat. He is stronger than Garren but lacks his speed. But to attain Blade�s true strength he must gain experience first.
Weapons & Rouze Card:
Blayrouzer
It has the name �seiken� (Sword of Awakening) and is the Rouzer for Blade. It starts at 5000 AP and consumes AP as Rouse Cards are used. Rouse Cards are stored in the sheath.
A (change)
The card used by Blade to transformed. Assume that the Beetle Undead was captured in this card.
2 (slash) / Uses 400 AP
The card used to activate �Lizard Slash� where energy is charged in the Blay Rouser and unleashed as a sword attack. Lizard Undead is trapped in this card.
4 (tackle) / Uses 800 AP
The card used to activate �Boar Tackle� where energy is charged into Blade�s body for a tackling attack. Boar Undead is trapped in this card.
5 (kick) / Uses 1000 AP
The card used to activate �Locust Kick� where energy is charged in his right leg for a jump kick attack. Locust Undead is trapped in this card.
6 (thunder)
The card used to activate �Deer Thunder� where electricity is released from the Blay Rouser in a lightning attack. Deer Undead is trapped in this card.

A super bike made for Blade. A tackle from it has the power to break through a concrete wall. It does not change forms and is used by Kazuma even before his transformation.
Enemy Monster: Undead
Defeated by humans 10,000 years ago they were sealed in Rouse Cards. They have the powers of animals and plants. Their names include the name of their motif then �Undead.� However 3 years ago someone unsealed these monsters and they began attacking humans.
Acquaintances:
Shirai Toratarou
A scientific non-fiction writer. He sees Blade and Garren fighting Bat Undead and decides to write an article about the Riders. Later he lets Kazuma live with him after he�s evicted.
