Like the Faiz Gear the Kaixa Gear was created by Smart Brain to protect the King. The tools center around the belt Kaixa Driver. Like the Faiz Gear it was also taken from Smart Brain labs by Hanagata and was sent to a member of the Ryuseijuku Takamiya Kouta. However Kaixa Driver turns its wearer into ash if they do not match the specifications of the belt, it is the cursed belt. Nishida Kiyotaka as well as Jindou Kikyou have also lost their lives for the power of Kaixa. Later Kusaka Masato becomes the fourth wearer of the belt but he was able to survive.

Kusaka Masato:
Kusaka comes from the Ryuseijuku as one who has given �one life in nine deaths.� While at the Ryuseijuku he was weak and was always picked on and was always protected by Mari. Now to test his own limits he has joined the tennis club, horse-riding club and fencing club and exhibits great talent. He shows it in almost every circle and has out shined Takumi in fencing, martial arts and even ironing.
When the Ryuseijuku was attacked by Crocodile Orphenoch and Exetum Orphenoch he equipped the Kaixa belt and survived, thus becoming the rightful wearer of the Kaixa Gear.
Transformation Process
First he equips the Faiz Driver onto his hip and punches in the number 913 into the cel-phone item Kaixa Phone. Once the enter key is put in and the items say �Standing By.� Then he shoulds �Henshin!� (�Transform!�) and poses with the Kaixa Phone to his left breast and spins his wrist. Then he slides the phone into the buckle of his belt, the belt says �Complete.� Once ready the Kaixa Gear emits a Stream that surrounds him and changes him into Masked Rider 913.

Like Faiz �Kaixa� was developed as a power suit by Smart Brain. Unlike Faiz Kaixa has two lines along his arms and legs and has a higher power. Because of that Kaixa is slightly less agile than Faiz but has greater strength. His special techniques are �Kaixa Blaygun� a slashing attack, �Grand Impact� a punch attack and, �Gold Smash� a kick attack using the Kaixa Pointer.
Due to its high power humans without the proper speculations become ash after using the Kaixa Gear.
Kaixa Gear:
Kaixa Driver / SB-913B
A transformation belt similar to Faiz�s Faiz Driver.
After inserting the transformation code and attaching the Kaixa Phone to the buckle unit the wearer can transform into Kaixa.
The right side has the Kaixa Playgun holstered and the left has the Kaixa Pointer and
Kaixa Shot.
Kaixa Phone / SB-913P
A transgenerator made into the shape of a cel-phone. By punching in the Kaixa code (913) and attaching to Kaixa Driver the user can change into Masked Rider Kaixa. During combat it can take the form of Phone Blaster a hand gun.
Kaixa Shot / SB-913C
A multi-digital camera attached to the left side of Kaixa Driver. It has a night-vision, infra-red vision as well as x-ray capabilities. During combat it can become a Punching Unit (knuckle) to perform �Grand Impact� which causes �complete destruction.�
Kaixa Blaygun / SB-913X
An X-shaped laser gun holstered on the Kaixa Driver�s right side.
It has the strength of diamond but only weighs 1.25 kg. It launches condensed Photon Blood and attacks the enemy, its power is greater than the Phone Blaster. When in sword mode a Solglass blade extends from the weapon. When finishing off an enemy he pushes the enter key and drains energy from the Kaixa Driver. He launches an energy net from the gun�s barrel and cuts while the blade emits heat from Photon Blood and cuts in an X shape to cause �complete destruction.�
Kaixa Pointer / SB-913B
A tool in the form of binoculars. Kaixa places it on his right leg to perform his attack Gold Smash.

Gold Smash
Kaixa attaches the Kaixa Pointer to his right leg and leaps into the air. Kaixa becomes one with a disc shaped energy round launched from the Kaixa Pointer and kicks with both legs. Once hit he causes the Kaixa Mark to appear and causes �Complete Destruction.�

A side-care type variable vehicle. It can transform like Auto Vajin, transforming from the bike form (Vehicle Mode) to a bipedal attack machine (Battle Mode).
In Vehicle Mode it can travel over rough terrain safely and the light can shine up to 50 meters ahead as if it were daylight. The side car can be separated and move on its own. In Battle Mode Kaixa rides at the top of the machine. Its right arm is a 4 barreled Photon Vulcan (can fire 72 rounds per second). Its left arm is Exzap Buster which can launch 6 missiles at a time.
