The third Gear created to protect the King. It was also taken from the labs by Hanagata and was given to Kimura Rina at the Ryuseijuku. Unlike the other belts the Delta Driver could be used by anyone, however each time its used it drains energy from its wearer and begins altering their minds. The two who equipped it before Mihara Syuji had their personalities altered. Later Masto receives the Delta Gear and obtained all 3 belts at one time, however he gave the Delta belt to Syuji to pull him into the battle.

Mihara Syuji:
Another member of the Ryuseijuku. Before he was called on by Masato he was contemplating living normally as a person. However after Mari�s death he took on the Delta Gear to joining the fight. Even when he first equipped it he still hesitated, only when Sana was placed in danger did he finally hardened his will to fight.
Transformation Process
First he equips the Delta Driver onto his hip and shots �Henshin!� (�Transform!�) into the Delta Phone while placed to his ear. After the command is given he sets the Phone into the Delta Mover on the Driver. After that Photon Streams are emitted from the belt and transforms the wearer.

Like Faiz and Kaixa �Delta� was developed as a power suit by Smart Brain. It was developed before Faiz or Kaixa Gears. The Photon Streams along his legs and arms are white. Its ability is extremely high, he is faster than Faiz and stronger than Kaixa. However his weakness is the lack of variation in attacks.
Unlike the other two belts anyone can wear the Delta Gear. However those who cannot match its power tend to lose their mind.
Kaixa Gear:
Delta Driver / SB-333B
A transformation belt similar to Faiz�s Faiz Driver.
By placing the Delta Phone in the Delta Mover the wearer becomes Masked Rider Delta.
Delta Phone / SB-333P
Unlike the other phones it has no keys and it used by voice-command.
Delta Mover / SB-333DV
A tool in the form of a digital camera.
By placing the Delta Phone into it, it starts the transformation. By removing it from the Delta Driver it goes into Blaster Mode. In this mode by giving it the command �Fire!�
it goes into Burst Mode and can fire photon rounds. It can also go into Pointer Mode for his special attack.

Lucipher�s Hammer
After attaching the Delta Mover (Pointer Mode) to his legs the Delta Driver starts flowing energy into it, once ready it launches a point round that freezes an enemy and Delta jump kicks the enemy. Once hit the Delta Mark appears and it causes �Complete Destruction.�

Hidden in some sewer when the numbers 3821 are punched into the Delta Phone it comes at top speed. Its wheels can turn horizontal and allows the machine to hover parallel to the ground. It has the ability to turn without losing any speed and has an attack where it can ram an enemy while spinning. Also missile launchers are equipped at the head of the machine.
The same machine can be called by punching 3821 in the Faiz Phone however it is so high-powered he was not able to ride it.
It has no transformation modes.
