Horse Orphenoch. Though he is an Orphenoch he believed the two races could live together and protected the humans from Smart Brain. However when he stopped Mizuhara from taking the Faiz Gear from Takumi the Liberation Army began seeing him as an enemy. He was then pushed away by Mari�s inner voice.
Kiba goes into Smart Brain to take the Emperor�s belt to show the Liberation Army that he is truly an ally. However he falls into Smart Lady�s trap and loses all hope in humanity and decides to live as an Orphenoch. He accepted the Emperor�s belt of �Earth� from Murakami and appears before Faiz as Smart Brain�s greatest warrior.
dt>Transformation Process
First he equips the Oh-ga Driver onto his hip and punches in the number 000 into the cel-phone item Oh-ga Phone. Once the enter key is put in and the items say �Standing By.� Then he holds the phone tightly and shouts �Henshin!� (�Transform!�) and slides the phone into the buckle of his belt, the belt says �Complete.� Then the Omega Stream flows out from the Oh-ga Driver and changes him into Masked Rider Oh-ga.

Oh-ga is the ultimate warrior who transforms with one of the Emperor�s belt of �Earth.� It emits twice as much Photon Blood as Saiga and has the same abilities as Faiz Blaster Form. Faiz in his normal form was dominated in battle by Oh-ga. However the belt only allows the ultimate Orphenoch to equip it, if not the belt itself refuses the wearer.

Oh-ga Driver / SB-000B
One of the Emperor�s belts. It allows the user to transform into Oh-ga with the use of Oh-ga Phone.
Oh-ga Phone / SB-000P
By putting in the Oh-ga Code 000 the wearer can transform into Soh-ga. It can also transform into Phone Blaster.
Oh-ga Stlanzer / SB-000S
A weapon called the �Sword of Hades.� It can be used as a short sword or a gun. When the mission memory is inserted it absorbed energy from the Oh-ga Driver into the blade and activates the attack �Oh-ga Slash.�
