| Webmasters Note: Armor. Without it, life is pretty short in the world of Diablo II. It tends to sell out very quickly, and I'm always grabbing it on my runs. There's quite a range here, and each piece has it's own special properties - high defense, bonus skills, resistances. Find the suit that best fits what you are lacking, and fits the stats (strength and level) that you have. I'm a fan of the Iron Pelt. I've seen this on some high level characters, particularly mercenaries, and it's become very powerful. My low-strength bow-a-zon uses Que-Hegan's Wisdom. It's good defense for low requirements, and adds some bonus skills. I've seen a lot of Sorcs using Spirit Shroud and Vipermagi - Mine uses the latter. I can never decide if I like Duriel's Shell or not. The damage and magic damage reduced on it is pretty nice, and I have found myself wearing it on a few characters as they level up. |
| *There is currently only ONE suit of Black Hades left, and it is not clean. Two of the Sockets contain Pul Runes, upping the value a little - and the Defense to about 1500. ** I'm down to one suit of Corpsemourn, and my friend is borrowing it to get past the Minions of Destruction for his Baal runs. If you REALLY want it, make me an offer I can't refuse. |
