Georgetown's High School Juniors Summer Program
The summer of 1999 was the second time the Connelly Foundation offered to send 4 people to GU's summer program, and I was lucky enough to be picked.  I don't have many pics here because (1) I didn't start taking them until two days before I was to leave and (2) I cut up and gave away most of the people pictures I had.  So here's the few that survived... However, if you would like a better understanding of my experiences that summer, check out my memories page.  Again, you may not (probably won't) understand most of them, but it's not like the pictures mean much more...
I think this may be the first time I ever noticed how much I love heights... The park on top of the  roof of the Leavey Building was perfect for studying or just sitting on the ledge...
The lady with the signs... Well, the lady with the sign's signs really...
On one of mine and Mike's random shopping trips down to M Street.  The hat store owner was more than happy to take our picture - I think it was his idea even...
My room 10 minutes after I started packing...
My fourteen saltshakers, counting the one that dropped on the floor.  If you need an explanation, check out this page...
Mike and I as we waited for his ride to come...
