I also have enjoyed painting figurines to look like "your" Shelties, and have included some samples of my work of these as well. These are painted with Acrylic paints, and are sealed with a matte finish which makes them easier to keep clean. The painting is a long process which involves many coats of a variety of colors to get the true look of the particular dog.
You supply the figurine and I paint it to look like your dog!
