Role As Team Leader

1.      Have lead a highly motivated team of graphic designers, a programmer, an animator, 3 content writers, and an audio video specialist developing “Computer Based Training Modules” under the brand name of “KnowledgewareTM”.

2.   Using a broad range of multimedia tools, the CBTs that have been released in the commercial market under my leadership are:

§    Mathematics for class II (targeted for 6 yr old)

§    English for class III (targeted for 7 yr old)

§    Chemistry for class XII (targeted for 16-18yr old)

3.   The Role in the organization required me to do Project planning, scheduling, & resource allocation. In Parallel would take initiative in co-coordinating with vendors for sourcing of content.

4.      Undertook training sessions for content writers initiating them to the interactive media

5.   Having a strong combination of (a) Fine Arts background and (b) hands on experience in interactive design, volunteered for strategically designing the Brand Identity of “KnowledgewareTM”.

6.   Was solely responsible for the standardization of processes & the documentations required in keeping with the standards of SEICMM level 3 through various stages of the project life cycle.

7.   Using latest technologies like Flash, XML and Jsp in combination with various conversion tools the CBTs are now being converted into dynamically generated Web Based Training modules (WBT)

Within the CBT market, KnowledgewareTM” ”is today the most popular brand name in India achieving sales of Rupees 6 lakh per month.

Role As Senior Web Designer

1.   As a team player, design the GUI for Internet and Intranet applications for software engineers working in java, Asp and dot net fetching data using oracle 8i or SQL databases.

2.      Have “hands on” experience on front-end tools like Dreamweaver, MS Front Page. Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator,

3.      Design Websites using Macromedia Flash, Sound Forge, Swish, Swift 3D, XML.

Role As Graphic Designer

1.            Independently designed high quality, cost effective interactive & self-running corporate presentations compiled using Macromedia Director & Visual Basic.

2.            Conceptualized Animations for the UMATIC, BETA and Commercial CDROMs using 3DS Max & Animator pro.

3.   Also designed still graphics for UMATIC, Beta and the VHS wherein the Avid technology was used for Editing.

1.            Rendered animations in 3D Studio and Animator pro for the Commercial CDRom - Rajasthan Travel and Tour Guide.
