Responsibilities
Provide desktop troubleshooting in conjunction with the Help Desk. 
Provide technical advice to students. Provide guidance and training to  Air force personal whenever there is arrangement for Hardware  training.
Install,  and deploy hardware and software, including Local  Area Network, Operating Systems, ,technical support, Diagnose and  resolve any hardware, software, or connectivity problem with minimum  delays possible.

Communication -  ability to explain and present technical information effectively;  interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective  working relations in a multi-cultural environment with sensitivity and  respect for diversity.

QUALIFICATIONS
EducationDiploma in computer technology with first class from MS-BTE.

Work Experience  :-Seven years

LanguagesFluency 
in English,Hindi,Gujarati  in both verbal and written , Can understand Marathi

Other Skills
have good knowledge of core "C"
Able to maintain printers.
Other Qualification
E-commerce from NIIT in 2000
DOEACC �A� level pursuing   (papers cleared ,project pending)
